MALCOLM FLEX: The case against Fani Willis The people who run the courts in Fulton County, Georgia, did something fishy. They put up a list of crimes they want to charge former President Donald Trump with, and then they took it down. They said it was a mistake, but some people think they did it on purpose. July 31 is the first of 10 days between now and August 18 that Willis has instructed most of her staff to work remotely, citing safety precautions. That window comes as U.S. Department of Justice Special Counsel Jack Smith is preparing to bring criminal charges stemming from his federal investigation into the Jan, 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol. CNN commentator Van Jones pointed out what he said was an aggressive approach by Fulton County, Ga., District Attorney Fani Willis (D) in indicting former President Trump and more than a dozen others in connection with his efforts to overturn the state’s 2020 election result. “Well, she didn’t throw the book at him, she threw the library. I think the difference between her approach and Jack Smith’s approach is really night and day,” Jones said during CNN’s live coverage of Monday night’s Trump indictment, his fourth this year. “So you have got a very different player that just stepped on...

On Sunday, after spending several hours on Rehoboth Beach in Delaware, President Joe Biden was asked by a member of the press pool about the rising death toll in Hawaii. Bloomberg reporter Justin Sink tweeted Biden’s “no comment” response as the president left for his home in Delaware. With over 100 people dead, 10 times that amount still unaccounted for, how hard would it have been for Biden to say something evoking empathy the people of Hawaii need, the country needs, in those brief moments as he walked in the sand from his day at the beach? But he didn’t....

Some conservatives argue American leftists always seem to need a boogeyman. When left-wing political activists are not demonizing MAGA Republicans, they’re aiming to marginalize patriotic Christ-followers by labeling them as “Christian nationalists.” So, what exactly is a “Christian nationalist”? These days it seems to only be a pejorative term leveled against conservatives by the establishment news media. Culture and religion analyst Alex McFarland of Alex McFarland Ministries spoke to CBN News for the “Set It Straight” segment of our weekly program, “The Global Lane”.

Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat promised that former President Donald Trump would have a mugshot if indicted in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’s investigation — a development that occurred in the late hours of the night into the morning. The 98-page, 41-count indictment, released late Monday night into Tuesday morning, reveals that Trump and 18 other co-defendants have been indicted.
