White House deputy press secretary Andrew Bates could not say whether or not the cocaine found at the White House on Sunday belong to Hunter or President Joe Biden, citing the Hatch Act “Are you willing to say that that’s not the case? That it [cocaine] doesn’t belong to them?” a reporter asked Bates on Thursday aboard Air Force One. “I don’t have a response to that because we have to be careful about the Hatch Act,” he claimed. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) was the “prince of darkness” while discussing the governor’s wrapping Pride Month campaign video. Deutsch said, “Well, first of all, DeSantis is flailing. He is trying to continually move to the right of Trump. This LGBTQ thing is just — do you think this is moving voters? Are you really going to to paint Trump as a patron of this group?” He continued, “You know, as an ad guy, there is one thing I learned over the years is people aren’t stupid. I don’t...

Disney stock has fallen to its Friday price of $89.28 from a high of $200 in 2021. Investment advisory company KeyBanc Capital Markets downgraded Disney’s stock last week due to concerns that growth has stalled for the Mouse House’s Disney+ and Hulu streaming services and lower attendance at theme parks. The company’s stock price fell after KeyBanc analysts lowered Disney’s rating from overweight to sector weight on Wednesday. According to Barron’s, analysts led by Brandon Nispel said, "While Disney appears less expensive versus its historical average, we believe the stock is unlikely to work until a number of items have...

Op-ed by Summer Lane | Photo: AlamyAmerican women form a powerful voting group in the United States, and therefore it has become essential over the past several decades for political candidates to tailor their policy initiatives to speak as loudly to women as to men.Notably, women comprise more than half the population in the United States today, and they have cast 10 million more votes than men in America’s recent elections, the Center for American Women and Politics found. Not only that, but women are also registered to vote in the U.S. at higher rates than men are.Obviously, capturing the...

WASHINGTON (AP) — When archaeologists first discovered the 5,000-year-old ornate tomb in Spain, they assumed it was for a man. It held a rock crystal dagger, ivory tusks and other lavish items. But now they’ve determined the remains are those of a woman, and all it took was two teeth. The researchers used a new method of determining sex that analyzes tooth enamel. This technique, developed about five years ago, is more reliable than analyzing skeletal remains in poor condition, according to their study published Thursday in the journal Scientific Reports. Most details about the life of the “Ivory Lady,”...

Something about this doesn’t pass the proverbial sniff test, and when asked for a direct answer – well, things get salty. For two days a self-proclaimed Trump advisor and frequent guest on the Steve Bannon Warroom podcast, Mike Davis, has claimed that President Trump and the Trump campaign authorized a California GOP rule change that would permit proportional delegate distribution against the interests of President Trump. The claim itself made no sense because, if Mike Davis and Harmeet Dhillon were correct, essentially Trump would be approving a GOP change that would give delegates to his GOP nomination competition, namely Ron DeSantis. Mr...

When he’s not busy overseeing a crucial counteroffensive aimed at sending Russia’s forces down a “Highway to Hell,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky pumps himself up by listening to AC/DC and Guns N’ Roses. Ukraine’s leader opened up about his musical tastes — and an intense morning routine involving the headbanging sounds of classic rock — in a new interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett. Burnett, who had traveled to Kyiv to interview Zelensky more than 16 months into the war, asked Ukraine’s leader during the wide-ranging interview that aired Wednesday whether he has any time to unwind by reading or listening...

Accused Philadelphia gunman Kimbrady Carriker, 40, reportedly made "disturbing" posts on social media before allegedly killing five people and injuring two others in a mass shooting during the holiday weekend. Philadelphia Sheriff Rochelle Bilal said during a briefing Wednesday that authorities were focusing on posts Carriker made on his social media accounts, but did not elaborate on what those messages contained. "That is on all of us, not sit in silence when we see these type of posters that are threatening to harm us, harm our communities, harm our children," Bilal said.

The Supreme Court’s ruling on student loan forgiveness cannot be the last word. Congress and President Biden must overturn this supreme injustice to student borrowers and address the student debt crisis. This damning ruling exposes a stark reality — a tale of two Americas, one with limitless opportunities for the privileged few, and another where hardworking Americans, burdened by overwhelming student debt, flounder in a post-pandemic economy. The rejected plan highlights systemic inequities perpetuating an unjust society where financial barriers hinder success — a deafening call for action. In 1963, when I attended Fisk University, college cost $1,248, equivalent to...

July 6 (Reuters) - A federal judge said Rivian Automotive (RIVN.O) must face a lawsuit claiming it defrauded shareholders during and after its blockbuster 2021 initial public offering by concealing that had underpriced its electric vehicles, leading to unpopular price hikes. U.S. District Judge Josephine Staton in Los Angeles said shareholders could try to prove that Rivian, which is not profitable, knew it would have to raise prices on its R1S SUV and R1T pickup truck because of higher materials costs, to avoid even bigger losses. Rivian's share price slid 39% over 10 days after the Irvine, California-based company on...

Gee, this whole story about them finding cocaine at the White House is so confusing — like, who would do that? I mean, the adults are back in charge, right? Man, if there were only some sort of clue as to who left that cocaine in the White House then we could figure this thing out. Welp, I guess we'll never know... VIDEO AT LINK.....................

California and some of the nation’s biggest truck manufacturers have reached an agreement aimed at smoothening the industry’s transition to 100 percent zero-emission sales by 2036. The plan announced Thursday incorporates measures that help the trucking industry meet California’s emissions requirements while enabling the state to simultaneously reach its climate goals, according to those involved. In striking this compromise, the state averts a potential legal battle with major truck manufacturers, who have long been challenging California’s unmatched emissions requirements as technologically and economically unfeasible.

Luft has evidence that the Biden family received payments from individuals with ties to Chinese military intelligence and that they had an FBI mole who shared classified information with their...

Former Virginia Republican Rep. Denver Riggleman, who advised the Jan. 6 committee, has joined Hunter Biden’s legal team to combat GOP investigations into the president’s son, conduct data investigations and analysis, and attempt to pour cold water on the first son’s now-infamous laptop. Riggleman, who served only one term in Congress before losing a primary in 2020, confirmed in a tweet on Wednesday that he is working with the younger Biden’s legal team to conduct data investigations and analysis to ensure the information being released about the president's son is factual and wholly accurate. “Truth matters. When I took this...
