Across the Canadian province of New Brunswick, the number of people afflicted by a mysterious, potentially deadly brain ailment keeps growing. Neurological symptoms like hallucinations, muscle wasting, vision problems, memory loss, and abnormal movements were seen in 2015 in a small cluster of patients, eventually growing to 48 cases. But some health experts and local residents say the number of people with the condition is much higher — and may exceed 200. In addition, an unusual number of those cases are in young people, who do not typically show dementia-like symptoms or signs of other neurological problems. “I am particularly...

@Nigel_Farage Just to keep people up to date… I have just had the 9th bank rejection confirmed. Maybe I need to go to law and fight this for the sake of so many people. I don't want to live in communist China.

Its the 4th of July, American Independence Day from England, but under Biden and The Federal Reserve, Americans are DEPENDENT on debt and Federal spending. In other words, Americans are addicted to gov. First, Bankrate’s 30-year mortgage rate index is up 150% under Biden. You can see the rapid rise in mortgage rates started with Biden (orange box). Meanwhile, the US Treasury yield curve (10Y-2Y) is the most inverted (negative slope) since 1981. Way to go, Joe!! On the metals side, gold and silver are up slightly. (Go silver go!!) On the crypto side, Polkadot is up 1.26% while Bitcoin...

In 1776, Great Britain’s American colonists revolted in response to George III’s corruption of the British constitution. The twenty-seven indictments of him in our Declaration detailed his assaults. Americans didn’t have an Article V or its equivalent to peacefully secure the rights enjoyed by Englishmen in England. Similarly, 21st century America is witness to a dying Constitution in which its open corruption is the subject of endless opinion columns and appeals. Article V opponents curiously admonish Article V supporters to “enforce the Constitution we have.” Through the election of better Representatives, Senators, and Presidents, they say, is the road to...

The University System of Georgia spent millions on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts prior to cuts from the state budget approved earlier this year, according to a Monday report by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC). The report detailed a nearly 200-page response from system Chancellor Sonny Perdue to Georgia Republican Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, who questioned how much had been spent on DEI efforts following complaints from the former over the approved $66 million decrease in funding for the system. The report said that although it was difficult to calculate one total sum spent on DEI from all 26 of...

The two-state-solution is a failure: India-Pakistan as living proof By Ezequiel Doiny ...Since the British-sponsored 1947 partition there have been 14 million refugees, 4 wars and now a dangerous nuclear race... The India-Pakistan partition did not solve the Muslim-Hindu conflict, it made the conflict more dangerous. The creation of another Arab tyranny in Judea and Samaria will make the conflict worse. Hamas would attack Israel from Judea and Samaria as it does from Gaza. The two State Solution would endanger Israel, it would make the conflict more dangerous. The concept of creating "two states for two peoples" was seen as...

... As global competition in AI inevitably intensifies, Western companies should be taking lessons from China. While it is undeniable that the U.S. still dominates globally in AI, how long it can retain leadership with China snapping at its heels is debatable, given China's high technology adoption rates, mass digitalization, government support that amounts to over $150 billion for AI research and development, the world's largest AI model, and over 4.5 million science, technology, engineering and math graduates a year. China, though, also faces some major hurdles. Private-sector funding for AI in China amounted to just $13.5 billion last year...

The Undeliverable Ballot Database can save us from DNC mail-in ballot antics. One of the best things about a segment on the War Room, after virtually meeting Steve Bannon, is the incoming mail two days later. The RNC, the Trump Campaign, almost every Republican state party chairperson believes the road to 2024 electoral victory is to “out-ballot-harvest the left.” It’s hard to argue with absolute nonsense. To the rescue, however, comes a retired mail carrier who sent the following message: Message: I am a retired mail man. I just saw your War Room interview. I now know where the mules...

China and the United States will hold top-level official meetings during US Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen’s visit to Beijing this week. Neither side expects a significant improvement in relations in the short run but there’s reason for hope that they may gradually accept each other’s differences. Yellen will visit Beijing on July 6-9, it was decided after a discussion between the two countries, China’s Ministry of Finance said on Monday. The former chairwoman of the US Federal Reserve is considered a relatively China-friendly US politician. Yellen’s visit comes after Secretary of State Antony Blinken’s on June 18-19 and ahead...

Awoman aboard an American Airlines flight caused quite the scene when she was caught on camera freaking out and heading for the exit over an apparent passenger she said was “not real.” The bizarre, expletive-laden meltdown that went viral Monday reportedly occurred as the flight was preparing to depart Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. “I’m telling you, I’m getting the f–k off and there’s a reason why I’m getting the f–k off and everyone can either believe it or they can not believe it,” the woman yells as she paces to the front of the plane, according to footage of the...

US officials keep asking China for mil-to-mil communications. But the Chinese military knows, if you want to make Americans uncomfortable, don’t talk to them. During his recent visit to China, Secretary of State Antony Blinken repeatedly asked his hosts to set up a military-to-military crisis communications hotline. The Chinese declined. USINDOPACOM commander Admiral John Aquilino complained earlier this year that the Chinese were ignoring his requests to establish direct communications channels with the Chinese military People’s Liberation Army (PLA) regional commands. And Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin was rebuffed when he sought a meeting with China’s Defense Minister Li Shangfu during...

I owe an apology to all readers for the temporarily reduced frequency of posting. I’m currently in Italy on a family vacation. On multiple occasions over the past several years, I have taken family vacations— including to semi-developed places like Russia and Vietnam — without significant effect on my ability to post on the blog. However, the internet service where I currently find myself in Italy is remarkably poor, and not sufficient to support the kind of research it takes to do one of my usual posts. So please have patience. I’ll be back to my usual routine next week....

The California Reparations Task Force is asking the Democrat-controlled state legislature to eliminate interest on past-due child support, as well as any back child support debt for Black residents of the state. In its final report released last week, the group claimed "discriminatory" laws "have torn African American families apart," and that one effect of that is the "harms" caused by "the disproportionate amount of African Americans who are burdened with child support debt." The nearly 1,100-page document stated that Black Californians represent a larger percentage of those who owe child support debt than their proportion of the state's population....
