The twelve apostles included "Andrew" (Matt. 10:2). Andrew is a picture of all believers who humbly minister behind the scenes. It's been said that no one likes playing second fiddle, but that wasn't Andrew's perspective at all. Growing up in the shadow of an aggressive, outspoken brother like Peter would be a challenge for anyone. Even in the biblical record Andrew is known as "Simon Peter's brother" (e.g., John 1:40). Yet when Andrew met Jesus, his first response was to tell Peter, knowing full well that once Peter became a disciple he probably would run the group. But Andrew was...

I believe that ever since the cross, God has had but one great intention for his people, and it will not change until Christ returns in glory. His intention is for us to understand the mystery of the gospel, revealed first to Paul the apostle. “By revelation [God] made known to me the mystery…which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as has now been revealed…by the Spirit…. And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery…” (Ephesians 3:3-9, NKJV). What is the “mystery?” It is simply this; Christ’s body is still...

By the time Kyiv residents hear the air-raid sirens signaling an imminent Russian attack, Ukraine’s air-defense units are already on the move. From camouflaged positions, they dart out by truck to farm fields around the capital, ready to take down enemy drones or missiles. The scramble has become an almost nightly event since Russia resumed regular air attacks on Kyiv on April 28 after a nearly two-month lull. The units have intercepted every drone and missile fired at the capital since then. It’s a vast improvement since the opening days of the war, when waves of Russian missiles and aircraft...

A new report found Black girls across the Keystone State are subjected to "daunting educational barriers" in K-12 public schools and offers recommendations to make the school system more inclusive. The report detailed barriers with curriculum, dress codes, anti-Black racism, sexism and other issues. Paige Joki, staff attorney for the Education Law Center-Pennsylvania and leader of the Black Girls Education Justice Initiative, said the purpose of the report was to hear the concerns of Black girls, because their voices were missing from conversations. She reported students advised them they were exposed to harmful curriculum, and one of the girls' recommendations...

Housing is often free. Such as NYC putting them up in hotels. Many are homeless, living on the streets of El Paso, NYC and other cities. I think they are getting huge payment EBT cards to pay for food and other things to live on. Many are getting SS disability if they are older? What do you think is going on? How do they support themselves in America? Where is their money coming from in the Federal Government? State Governments too? I am so disgusted by the Democrats sabotage of our Mexican border. On arrival, The invaders all get free...

Former president Donald Trump's interest in a younger staffer raised alarm in the White House and he "openly" behaved inappropriately, a former Trump administration official has told Newsweek. Olivia Troye, who was an adviser to former vice president Mike Pence and his lead staffer on the White House coronavirus task force, said Trump's behavior was common knowledge among senior staff. Her remarks come after two other former Trump staffers accused him of sexual harassment while in the White House. They spoke out in television interviews after a jury on Tuesday found the former president liable for sexually abusing and defaming...

Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) said that if former President Donald Trump were to pardon convicted January 6 rioters after re-election in 2024, his actions would warrant an impeachment process. Sen. Blumenthal told a CNN reporter on Thursday that a Trump pardon of the January 6 prisoners would be a betrayal of America’s trust.

When the monolithic narrative that is all they have been taught lies in ruins, they will replace it not with a rational, informed alternative – for they will know of none – but with whatever satisfies the rage of a population that realizes, too late, that it has been hoodwinked.”

URBANA, Ill. (WTVO) — A missing emu in Central Illinois is still on the run. Illinois State Police tried to catch the animal on I-74 in Urbana on Tues day, but it got away. The emu is believed to have been on the lam since September. Experts said that it is not surprising it has survived this long, but...

I recently posted about my thoughts on relicating to Alaska. First off, thank you all that responded publicly, secondly thank you all that sent PM's 10 fold. It has given me a lot to think about, the pros and cons. Its made me think of a romance I have in my head about the final fronteer, and that romance was just that. It does not sound like AK would be good for me, 20 years ago absolutely, but not today. I recieved almost twice as many PM's from people in one state alone looking for skilled workers, plus with the...
