The Wyoming Legislature is considering a resolution to phase out sales of new electric vehicles in the Cowboy State by 2035. The resolution’s sponsors say Senate Joint Resolution 4 is a response to laws other states are implementing to eliminate gas-powered vehicles. The resolution’s sponsor, Sen. Jim Anderson, R-Casper, told Cowboy State Daily the intention of the proposal, titled “Phasing Out New Electric Vehicle Sales By 2035,” is to push back against bans on new sales of cars with internal combustion engines in states like California and New York. “The Legislature would be saying, ‘If you don’t like our petroleum...

Maybe the kids are alright. At least, some of them seem have absorbed an essential lesson from the pandemic and its handling: The people who purport to rule us are idiots, as well as crooks, liars, and generally a sorry lot. Many sectors of the Internet were talking recently about an essay by 14 year old British school boy Jack Watson, who writes that the chief lesson he took from the pandemic was that the people who make the rules don’t follow them. With admirable concision, Watson dissects the British response to the pandemic, which parallels our own, and that...

It was hard to miss the loaded headline regarding a convicted psychopathic killer titled “Clemency Probe Fails to Exonerate Kevin Cooper.” It just goes to show that this was intended as a politically motivated exoneration project and not as a search for objective truth. A better and more accurate headline should have read DNA Tests Confirm Kevin Cooper’s Guilt, Again. This recent probe further proves Cooper’s guilt to a degree of accuracy that more than meets the standard of beyond a reasonable doubt. There is a better chance of you having the recent billion dollar MegaMillions ticket than of Kevin...

When it's not creating social injustices to overcome, the left is busy creating victims to maintain its voter base. In modern America, the Democrat party voter base is composed primarily of individuals who perceive themselves to be disadvantaged, disenfranchised, marginalized, or in some fashion left out. They feel, in some sense, victimized. With the actual numbers of those truly victimized declining markedly in recent decades, the party needs to perpetuate perceived victimhood to maintain its political appeal. The party excels in generating victims over a broad spectrum of societal factions through identity politics and its D-I-E agenda. -People of color....

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis slammed the National Hockey League (NHL) in a statement Friday afternoon after the league posted what the state deemed to be a “discriminatory” job posting. “The NHL is proud to announce its first-ever Pathway to Hockey Summit launching during our 2023 All Star festivities in South Florida!” the NHL said in the job posting on LinkedIn. “The Pathway to Hockey Summit is a career event for diverse job seekers who are pursuing careers in hockey. The day will be filled with guest speakers and panelists, networking opportunities, and more!” The event takes place on February 2...

Minnesota will soon ban faithful Christians, Muslims, and Jews from teaching in public schools by requiring that every state-certified teacher “fosters an environment that ensures student identities such as … gender identity … are … affirmed.” Once the new requirements clear a final procedural hurdle, they will be immediately challenged in state and possibly federal court, a civil liberties lawyer told The Federalist on Tuesday. “We have lots of parents who are upset by this sort of thing in schools already,” said Doug Seaton, president of Minnesota’s Upper Midwest Law Center, in an interview. “They’re going to be even more...

The new GOP-controlled House majority is considering expunging former President Trump's two impeachments. "We’d look at it," House Speaker Kevin McCarthy told the Washington Times. The California Republican suggested Trump should never have been impeached by the Democrat-control House over his 2016 presidential campaign allegedly having have colluded with Russia. “When you find that the final information of the Russia document is all a lie, and we watch what he went through, I would understand why members would want to bring that forward,” Mr. McCarthy said. According to the Washington Times, dozens of Republicans support reviving a resolution to expunge...

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and FBI coordinate to track the gun purchases of specific individuals through the federal background check system, according to documents that Second Amendment advocacy group Gun Owners of America obtained via a Freedom of Information Act request. Shared exclusively with the Epoch Times, the documents include communications in which ATF agents request the monitoring of specific gun purchasers by means of the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) in a system the FBI dubs the "NICS Monitoring Services." Federal agents, at the behest of the ATF, then manually check the...

"After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands." "And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb." "And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by...

VIDEOAs expected liberals went into whining mode over new Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders issuing an executive order banning state government from using the offensive PC term "LatinX." The liberals may whine but here is an HILARIOUS response to their angst.

It’s likely that, as more information about Biden’s classified document heist emerges, the Republican House will impeach him. It’s even possible that, given that he’s become a liability, the Senate, even with its Democrat majority, would then agree to remove Biden from office. However, while Biden will get his just desserts, that doesn’t mean the situation in America improves. Indeed, it might get worse. At this point, there’s no question that Biden violated national security laws. Andrew McCarthy, a former federal prosecutor, wrote:

United States President Joe Biden’s attornies have found more classified documents at his Wilmington, Delaware home than previously known, the White House acknowledged Saturday, according to AP. White House lawyer Richard Sauber stated that six pages of classified documents were found in the president’s private library. The White House had said previously that only a single page was found there. The latest disclosure is in addition to the discovery of documents found in December in Biden’s garage and in November at his former offices at the Penn Biden Center in Washington from his time as vice president. The apparent mishandling...

Thousands of left-wing activists gathered at Habima Square in Tel Aviv on Saturday evening to protest Benjamin Netanyahu's new government. In an attempt to block the Ayalon highway, hundreds of protesters are reportedly attempting to push through police lines. Despite the organizer's attempts to fight the waving of PLO flags at the demonstration by distributing Israeli flags, countless PLO flags, along with flags of the radical Antifa movement, have been spotted at the demonstration. At 8:00 PM, police estimated that approximately 15,000 protesters had gathered at the square. At the same time, approximately 2,000 protesters demonstrated in Haifa, and in...

I’ve been looking for Donald J. Trump everywhere. Ever since the election of 2020, the man who made me laugh out loud regularly disappeared. He was replaced by some angry bitter guy I didn’t recognize and no longer wanted to listen to. It was sad to watch him get so grumpy. His best attribute was his lightheartedness and penchant for stingy zingers. I don’t know where he went for all this time, but today…. he’s back! I haven’t laughed this hard in a while at anything he’s done, including those God-awful NFT trading cards. rump had to sit for a...

Mayor Eric Adams is traveling from New York City to El Paso on Saturday to visit the border amid a crisis in which thousands of migrants from Latin America have been bused to the north. The trip comes one day after Mr. Adams said he expected the influx of migrants to cost the city as much as $2 billion — significantly higher than previous estimates. The price tag could be “anywhere from $1.5 billion to $2 billion,” he told Caribbean Power Jam Radio on Friday. Previously, in November, as the stream of migrants into the city slowed, Mr. Adams said...

“With our rituals, there’s never any murder, there’s never any sacrifice, there’s never any blood rites to Satan. We don’t worship the devil. We don’t cast magic spells…”In fact, as the Global Order of Satan UK – as well as other leaders and members of Satanic groups around the world insist – it would be difficult to spot a Satanist walking down the street.

How can you even discuss reducing SS/Medicare benefits when we are sending over $100B a year to Ukraine; giving welfare to millions of illegals, refugees & poor migrants; paying people not to work while the working class breaks its back; and funding bureaucrats who detest us? NO.

A new year dawns bright, with the US hurtling over the fiscal cliff. The lame duck Congress voted for a pork‐packed $1.7 trillion budget bill. As the saying goes, it’s only money! At a time of enormous domestic need, Republican Senate leader Mitch McConnell pushed an extra $45 billion for Ukraine, declaring that Washington’s “number one priority” was supporting that nation. Kentuckians might wonder if their Senator had moved to Odesa, Kharkiv, or Lviv over the holidays. Alas, this appropriation was small change compared to the overall “defense” (in fact, mostly for offensive operations) budget. Congress hiked military outlays to...
