It shouldn’t be news that a man who believes the Fourth of July is a celebration of white supremacy has other ignorant takes on American history. But the left has made a hero out of former 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, so his effort to compare the NFL draft to slavery in his new Netflix special is noteworthy.

WASHINGTON (AP) — China’s growing military muscle and its drive to end American predominance in the Asia-Pacific is rattling the U.S. defense establishment. American officials see trouble quickly accumulating on multiple fronts — Beijing’s expanding nuclear arsenal, its advances in space, cyber and missile technologies, and threats to Taiwan. “The pace at which China is moving is stunning,” says Gen. John Hyten, the No. 2-ranking U.S. military officer, who previously commanded U.S. nuclear forces and oversaw Air Force space operations. At stake is a potential shift in the global balance of power that has favored the United States for decades....

America’s children have suffered from ill-advised public-school closings. Now Democrats want to compound the damage with their welfare spending bill, which would push fathers out of family life and move mothers and fathers alike onto unemployment rolls. Take Section 23001 of the latest draft of the Build Back Better bill, released on Thursday. It would create a large new federal child-care program. For each year that a couple has children under 5, being unmarried could easily save them over $10,000 annually in child-care costs compared with being married. That’s because of how the subsidies are structured. A single mother earning...

User 668575910 · Patrick and Stephanie de Garay’s Phone Call with Pfizer trial Principal InvestigatorThe following is a heartbreaking phone call between the parents of a 12-year-old girl who is now on a feeding tube following a Pfizer vaccination trial. Patrick and Stephanie de Garay claim their 12-year-old urged them to enroll her in the experiment. Why a parent would allow their child to be used as a lab rat is beyond logic. They sound fairly calm for the parents of a young girl who is suffering tremendously. The doctor in this phone call also seems unphased.“She cannot walk, she...

After white supremacists spilled blood in defense of keeping up Confederate statues in 2017, the GOP candidate for governor of Virginia, Ed Gillespie, said the monuments should stay up as a matter of heritage and history. His TV advertising featured threatening images of Latino gangs, labeled illegal immigrants, involved in murder and rape. The racially loaded ‘Culture Wars’ campaign, straight from then-President Trump’s playbook, gave Gillespie a push but he ultimately lost the race to Democrat Ralph Northam.

Senior FBI officials are reportedly defending the bureau’s actions before the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, contending that many warnings appeared to be protected free speech because of their “aspirational” nature. In an extensive report published by The Washington Post, senior FBI officials argued in interviews and statements that the concerning discussions they observed online were largely “aspirational,” and thus safeguarded free speech in accordance with the First Amendment. They also said the observed chatter did not include thorough evidence that planning was underway, according to the Post, which was needed to set an investigation into motion.

Jennifer Nassour, the former Mass GOP chair, said it would be the “end of the Republican party in Massachusetts” if Geoff Diehl defeats Gov. Charlie Baker in a potential primary election. Nassour was critical of current Mass GOP chair Jim Lyons. “You are all one family and you support your family. You see that over and over again with the Democratic party in Massachusetts. Philadelphia is poised to bar its cops from pulling drivers over for minor traffic violations — like broken tail lights and bumper issues — which will make it the first major US city to enact so-called “driving while black” legislation. The Driving Equality Bill, passed earlier this month by the City Council, could be signed as early as this week by Mayor Jim Kenney, according to CNN. The package of bills would classify vehicle registration infractions, broken brake lights and flouting inspection evidence regulations as “secondary” violations, meaning police would be prohibited from pulling motorists over if those traffic infractions...
