Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto has tested positive for CCP Virus. Cavuto, who has been public about his health challenges over the years, including a nearly 25-year journey with multiple sclerosis, was off his afternoon Fox program on Tuesday as a result of the diagnosis. “While I’m somewhat stunned by this news, doctors tell me I’m lucky as well,” Cavuto said in a statement released through Fox News Media. “Had I not been vaccinated, and with all my medical issues, this would be a far more dire situation. It’s not, because I did and I’m surviving this because I...

It’s a phone call every parent dreads receiving. Earlier this year, Virginia father Scott Smith was notified his 15-year-old daughter had been sexually assaulted. While that news was horrific, little did Smith know this would just be the start of a nightmarish series of events in which he would end up being cast as the villain. He can thank Democrats for enabling the whole outrageous affair. The saga began back on May 28 at Loudoun County’s Stone Bridge High School, the sheriff’s office confirmed, where Smith was summoned by school officials. Smith told The Daily Wire he learned his daughter had...

A group of parents has filed a lawsuit against U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland over his recent memorandum calling for greater federal involvement in investigating threats made against school boards and teachers. The American Freedom Law Center, a conservative legal group, represents an unincorporated association of parents with children enrolled in a public school district in Saline, Michigan. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. The lawsuit argues that the Oct. 4 Garland memorandum calling on federal agencies to work with states on "strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members,...

The Kentucky Senate is considering a resolution that would recognize a positive antibody test as equivalent to being fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Republican state Sen. Ralph Alvarado is sponsoring Senate Joint Resolution 3, which would require Kentucky to recognize individuals with positive COVID-19 antibody tests as equivalent to those vaccinated against the virus. The resolution would expire Jan. 31, 2022. Alvarado is a physician in Winchester. He said he developed the resolution language himself and, despite sponsoring the resolution, he encourages people get vaccinated even if they previously had COVID. While the resolution passed the Senate Health and Welfare Committee,...

This story was updated Tuesday to indicate Lehigh Valley Health Network has decided to update its policy; previously the health network had been discussing doing so.St. Luke’s University Health Network and Lehigh Valley Health Network are allowing employees who already had COVID-19 to defer getting the COVID-19 vaccine due to the natural immunity they have against the virus. St. Luke’s and LVHN announced Aug. 9 that they were implementing a vaccine mandate for all employees, as well as everyone who conducts business in those health care organizations. Under St. Luke’s and LVHN’s new policies, individuals who were infected with COVID-19...

Following a growing trend, several Ohio hospitals are allowing staff who have already recovered from COVID-19 infections to defer their mandated vaccines. Premier Health, Kettering Health and the Dayton Children’s Hospital networks have all set a December 1 deadline for workers to get vaccinated against COVID-19, and all three networks are now accepting proof of natural immunity as a reason to defer compliance. “Natural immunity” refers to testing positive for coronavirus-targeting antibodies following a COVID-19 infection. “This pathway was created because there is evidence that there is protection that arises from a previous infection,” explained Dr. Roberto Colón, chief medical...

The FDA will say this week that if you want a COVID-19 vaccine booster shot, it won’t matter whether you were originally vaccinated with another brand. You will soon be able to “mix and match” the vaccine manufacturer to get your booster. The agency is also expected to recommend that people get a booster shot from the same maker as their original vaccination. And for those Americans who received their original vaccine from Johnson & Johnson, there are questions about the correct dosage. If you want to see confusion, incompetence, and uncertainty coming from a federal agency making life and...

In an apparent attempt to compensate for being everything the radical left hates (an old white heterosexual male), Joe Biden has been a sucker for symbolic appointments and nominations. Before we knew who he’d pick as his running mate, we knew it would be a minority female. Since taking office, when various positions have been filled there has been an abundance of “the first _____ to serve as _____” in the accompanying press releases, fulfilling his pledge for a diverse administration for the sake of diversity. The Biden administration has taken this pledge to the extreme at times, such as...

A German public broadcaster employee has written an open letter criticizing COVID’s ‘New World Order’ propaganda, which is being broadcast to 83 million Germans. Ole Skambraks has spent the last 12 years as an editor at the German public broadcaster ARD. Skambraks claims he can “no longer silently watch” the clear lies that has been given to him “for a year and a half now within my organization.” Skambraks writes: The values of “balance,” “social cohesion,” and “diversity” in reporting are enshrined in statutes and media state contracts. Currently, the polar opposite is occurring. There is no meaningful debate or...

Politicians have exploited the pandemic to override the rights of the people, cast themselves as heroes, expand government, and justify vast amounts of spending. Long before the pandemic, mechanisms to justify the government expansion were already in place. Consider, for example, the practice of tax withholding. Before World War II, notes Robert Higgs (Crisis and Leviathan), those Americans who owed federal taxes paid the following year in quarterly installments. That changed as the government geared up for World War II. Milton Friedman, then an economist at the Treasury Department, came up with a system of withholding workers' money from their...

While Americans suffer through economic hardships generated by the coronavirus pandemic, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) paid her daughter over $74,000 in campaign funds so far this year. According to campaign finance records reviewed by Fox News, Waters “paid her daughter, Karen Waters, a cumulative $74,000 in donor cash through September.” According to the New York Post, between October 2020 and June 2021, financial records indicate that Maxine Waters paid her daughter up to $81,000 in 12 installments for “slate mailer management” fees and “Get Out The Vote” (GOTV) services. During the last election cycle, between March 2019 and September 2020,...

The Biden administration has quietly authorized damages to be settled with coerced vaccine takers if they suffer serious side effects under the still-unissued federal vaccine mandate. The clause was buried deep in documents in a Division of Federal Employees’ Compensation bulletin issued earlier in October. “On September 9, 2021, President Biden issued an executive order mandating COVID-19 vaccination for most Federal employees,” the document states, although the pertinent OSHA regulation has still not been formally issued. “The order directed each agency to implement a program to require COVID-19 vaccination for all of its employees, with exceptions only as required by...

Texas Republicans are on the verge of enacting new voting maps that would entrench the state’s Republican and white majority even as its non-white population grows rapidly. Texas Republicans approved the congressional plan on Monday evening, sending it to Governor Greg Abbott, a Republican, who is expected to sign the measure. The Texas maps offer perhaps the most brazen effort in the United States so far this year to draw new district lines to benefit one political party, a practice called gerrymandering. The proposed congressional map would blunt growing Democratic strength in the Texas suburbs. Texas Republicans already have a...

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Like other ranchers across the country, Rusty Kemp for years grumbled about rock-bottom prices paid for the cattle he raised in central Nebraska, even as the cost of beef at grocery stores kept climbing. He and his neighbors blamed it on consolidation in the beef industry stretching back to the 1970s that resulted in four companies slaughtering over 80% of the nation’s cattle, giving the processors more power to set prices while ranchers struggled to make a living. Federal data show that for every dollar spent on food, the share that went to ranchers and...
