Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas authorized the payment on Sunday of $42,000 to the family of a terrorist who killed two Israelis through a policy that incentivizes and rewards terrorism against Israel. Laila Ghannam, governor of Ramallah’s Al-Bireh district, personally handed the money to the family of Muhannad Al-Halabi, a member of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror group . The Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board announced Monday that it has authorized “joints for jabs” promotions, providing a temporary allowance dispensaries to give customers vaccinated on-site at in-store clinics. Former Kansas City Chiefs Assistant Coach Britt Reid pleaded not guilty on Monday to a charge that he drove drunk in a February crash that injured a 5-year-old girl. Mo Brooks released video footage from a home security camera that appears to show a process server entering the garage at the congressman’s Huntsville residence to serve a lawsuit to his wife on Sunday.
