Members of D.C. National Guard will respond when supporters of President Donald Trump protest the 2020 election results in downtown D.C. this week. The D.C. National Guard will assist the Metropolitan Police Department with crowd management and traffic control, MPD’s acting chief, Robert Contee, said at a news conference Monday morning. The department is expecting a crowd larger than at two pro-Trump events in D.C. last year. “Some of our intelligence certainly suggests there will be increased crowd sizes,” said Contee, adding, “There are people intent on coming to our city armed.” Firearms will be prohibited within 1,000 feet of...

The New York Times has a long, sordid history of being in bed with brutal authoritarian regimes. From Walter Duranty praising the goodness of the Soviet Union to the Times’ gentle treatment of Adolf Hitler, the paper of record is always on board with tyranny. The current generation of gatekeepers at the Gray Lady is no exception. In a shocking and sickening article this week, author Li Yuan celebrates Chinese “freedom.”My latest on how the pandemic has upended many perceptions, including ideas about freedom. Chinese don’t have freedom of speech, freedom of worship or freedom from fear, but they have...

In the 1990s, it was our collective national will to do what was necessary, however distasteful to some, to rescue our society from catastrophe. As the nation prepares for the incoming Biden-Harris administration the new president promises will be “the most progressive in history,” many drug policy practitioners wonder with trepidation what this will mean for the country’s drug crisis. Record levels of methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl, not to mention surging tonnage of cocaine and black market marijuana, are pouring across our borders at the hands of ruthless Mexican drug cartels, directly fueling ever-increasing overdose deaths and crime. So leftists’ stated...

A Minnesota man was arrested after he allegedly pulled out a gun in a gym because members were not wearing masks while they worked out. Michael Florhaug, 64, reportedly went to an LA Fitness on Dec. 31 in Maplewood to monitor whether gym members were wearing face masks. He is not a member of the gym. He reportedly spoke to an employee at the front desk to alert them that members were not complying with mask mandates and spoke in an "aggressive and angry" tone. A manager then spoke with the man and said the gym does not employ enough...

This week, online activists are taking aim at the classic musical Grease calling it “rapey” and demanding Hollywood cancel it. Grease, which stars John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, takes place in a 1950s American high school and so it doesn’t subscribe to modern cancel culture’s “acceptable” standards. As demonstrated time and again, the political correctness police don’t just want to change the way we act today. They also want to erase things from the past that don’t stand up to their standards.

A while back we heard a suggestion that it may be possible to use the 5th harmonic on R820T2 RTL-SDRs to receive frequencies much higher than the normal 1.766 GHz limit. After mentioning this to to Hayati Augen he has recently managed to implement this driver hack, and now R820T2 based RTL-SDRs can tune all the way up to 6 GHz if Hayati's experimental driver branch is used. Before everyone gets too excited, we need to temper expectations as sensitivity reduces the higher the frequency so an LNA may be required, imaging/aliasing is a major problem, and you will absolutely...

Fox News anchor Bret Baier pressed Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.) late Monday to explicitly say whether he believes President Trump will remain in the White House despite his defeat in the November election. "I want to pin you down on what you're trying to do," Baier told Hawley during the Republican's appearance on the network. "Are you trying to say as of Jan. 20 Trump will be president?" Hawley responded: "That depends on what happens on Wednesday, that's why we have the debate."

A woman was arrested by police in the UK after she filmed a video inside an almost completely empty hospital and posted it online. The clip shows the woman walking through virtually empty corridors and filming empty wards at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. “This is a disgrace…it is so dead…all the people in our country desperately waiting for treatment, cancer treatment heart disease, honestly this is making me so angry,” she states as she films a row of empty waiting chairs.

The liberal media never runs out of epithets to hurl at President Trump. CNN came up with what could be a new one today, alluding to Trump as the "devil." CNN's Errol Louis uttered the d-word on this morning's New Day, in the course of discussing tomorrow's congressional session on confirming the Electoral College vote. Noting that President Trump has indicated that he wants Vice-president Pence to decline to certify the results and potentially turn the election over to the House, Louis said: Looking at that footage that you showed of the two men inside the Oval Office yesterday, I...

It has all come down to you, the Georgia evangelical voter. You may not have asked for such a responsibility, but here you are. The eyes of the nation are upon you, and our future rests with you. “Enter the church” — this is where you have the opportunity— dare I say the biblical responsibility— to make your witness a formidable influence for righteousness regarding the outcome of the two special senatorial elections coming Jan. 5.This may sound overly dramatic, but the truth is, because of your vast numbers in Georgia, you hold in your hands the deciding vote that...

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) said his family was targeted by Antifa vandals and protesters late Monday evening. Video shows protesters approaching the family’s front door as Hawley’s wife and newborn baby were reportedly inside. “Tonight while I was in Missouri, Antifa scumbags came to our place in DC and threatened my wife and newborn daughter, who can’t travel,” Hawley tweeted. “They screamed threats, vandalized, and tried to pound open our door,” he continued. “Let me be clear: My family [and] I will not be intimidated by leftwing violence.”

State unemployment agencies aren’t especially responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars even in the best of times. Yet when the COVID-19 crisis and government lockdowns put tens of millions of Americans out of work, Congress responded by pouring more taxpayer money into state-level unemployment systems. The federal legislation enormously increased weekly payouts and expanded unemployment benefits to many new classes of workers, with little in the way of verification or qualification requirements. This welfare expansion was just reauthorized in the second major COVID-19 spending package, which Congress passed in mid-December. Sadly, lawmakers didn’t bother to address the runaway fraud that had...

Tired of fake Christian pastors? So am I. I’m particularly put off by those who run for office in the U.S. Congress dressed in sheep’s clothing but are really just wolves. It’s almost comical when those who regularly spew disdain toward people of faith (more specifically, people of Christian faith) fully embrace so-called Christian pastors who tout an anti-biblical worldview. “I am a pro-choice pastor,” U.S. Senate candidate Warnock (D-GA) proclaimed on Twitter. It’s just one of many unbiblical positions the pastor of the historic Ebenezer Baptist Church has expressed to the voting public. Funny thing about pastors. They’re supposed...

Republicans are hoping for high in-person turnout on Tuesday as their party's control of the Senate hangs in the balance. Democrats' get-out-the-vote efforts ahead of Tuesday's runoff election in Georgia appear to be lagging behind those in the November general election. To date, the early voting numbers are below the 2020 election figures. "When we start early voting today, we have every belief that we're going to see a turnout that is unlike anything Georgia has seen," former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, director of the voting rights organization Fair Fight, said on Dec. 14. "We have the investment. We...

Project Veritas released a new video today exposing the Executive Director for Atlanta’s Central Outreach and Advocacy Center (COAC), Kimberly Parker, admitting to the organization’s routine practice of registering homeless people to vote using the same address. “So, the majority of the people we serve don’t have an address, so we allow them to use our address if they register to vote and to get Georgia State ID,” Parker said. Watch the video at the bottom of the story. VIDEO AT LINK.................... “Because you have to have proof of residence, and so although we are not a shelter, we do...

Former New York Times and Newsweek journo Kurt Eichenwald exploded in a spiteful rant on New Years’ Eve, blaming supposed “antimaskers” for the effects of the coronavirus disease. “I have so much hate in my heart tonight. My sister, widowed by COVID, has Covid because of antimaskers,” Eichenwald claimed. “About 4,000 died today; GOP says nothing. [Republican Sen. Josh Hawley] & his ilk are working to harm America. I wish them & their loved ones all the pain & misery they inflicted on this country.” The discredited mainstream media lifestyle magazine figure would go on to speak of his desire...

President Donald Trump's phone call Saturday urging Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to overturn the state's election results might have violated federal and state election laws, but it would be difficult to prosecute, legal experts said Monday. The potential violation of federal election law centers on a provision that says it is a crime for a person "who in any election for federal office knowingly and willfully deprives, defrauds or attempts to deprive or defraud the residents of a state of a fair and impartially conducted election process." But while some former prosecutors said that they believed the call...

Fox News Channel’s Geraldo Rivera said Monday on “The Story” that supporters of President Donald Trump who believe that there was widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election are listening to “propaganda.” Anchor Martha MacCallum said, “The Atlanta Journal-Constitution did a piece where the reporter said not one person on the Republican side believes Joe Biden won this race. That is a pervasive belief out there. What do you say to all that.”
