Project Veritas released a new video today exposing the Executive Director for Atlanta’s Central Outreach and Advocacy Center (COAC), Kimberly Parker, admitting to the organization’s routine practice of registering homeless people to vote using the same address.
“So, the majority of the people we serve don’t have an address, so we allow them to use our address if they register to vote and to get Georgia State ID,” Parker said.
Watch the video at the bottom of the story.

“Because you have to have proof of residence, and so although we are not a shelter, we do allow them to use 201 Washington Street [Atlanta, Georgia],” she said.
Parker told Veritas journalists that there are countless people who have been able to register that way.
“So, I can’t even begin to tell you how many people have that address on their ID. We’ve never run into any problem with that until this election,” she said. “One of our board members got wind that they thought we’re doing things not on the up and up because so many have the address, but we’ve not heard any repercussion from it since.”
Parker also said that this is something her organization has been doing for quite some time.
“So, but it’s just a way to – I mean people have to have an address – the only way they can get ID, which you’ve gotta have to do anything else, is to have an address. So, we allow that. We’ve done that for years.”
COAC’s mission statement reads: “We open doors to overcome and prevent homelessness.” The organization’s “Mission and History” web page does not mention anything with regard to registering people to vote.
COAC removed its staff page from its website prior to Project Veritas launching this investigation.
In a related piece of footage from Georgia, Adam Seeley, Board Member of Central Night Shelter (also located at 201 Washington Street) and Director of Social Services at Emmaus House confirmed 201 Washington Street is not the only shelter being used to register homeless people to vote.
“A couple thousand people had our address [Emmaus House] registered as their mailing address for their voter registration,” Seeley said.
The joke is on us
So 5000 Dema come to town and claim to be hobos and can vote??
In what universe??
No one would ever register at two (or more) fake addresses because that would be illegal.
The Liberal one.................
it is surprising that they’d release a video admitting their open criminal conduct.
there certainly must be some honest prosecutors in the state who will file the appropriate felony charges immediately now
let’s ask them!
My city also has an address for the homeless to use such as ID, foodstamps, social security and other official business. People sleep on the sidewalk there or in makeshift tents. Apparently duch a comodity isn’t unusual.
It’s probably not illegal, unless you can prove that these “homeless” actually had addresses in other states.
The “homeless” have always been a Dem voting force, since they often aggressively register them before an election, usually at the same address. This could be a homeless shelter or any other place.
Actually, when I realized that here in Florida, the “homeless” were allowed to use “the woods off 207 (a highway)” as an address for their sex offender registrations or arrests, I knew there was a problem...
But in terms of voting in GA and probably most states, it’s only a problem if you can prove they had fixed addresses and were registered in other states. Since most of them probably can’t even be found again, that’s going to be impossible.
They didn’t release a video about themselves, an undercover journalist made the video and released it.
bttt
Here’s what I don’t understand — I am a tax-paying, law-abiding citizen, owner of a nice house in a nice suburb. I am registered to vote in my community and I vote in every election.
What stops me from going into the city, walking to a homeless shelter and saying, “I’m homeless. I want to vote. Let’s do the paperwork. My name is Dweezil Zappa and I have no ID or proof of residence. Make it happen.”
If you can do that, it’s just a free-for-all.
This means that a few thousand ballots get sent to that address, to be filled in by the activists and sent in a "legitimate" votes. It makes ballot harvesting easier.
BINGO!.......................
They are a lazy bunch....................
This is done across the nation, perfect for ballot harvesting. It's shameful.
Good grief! There needs to be a case go before the Supreme Court and adjudicate once and for all the whole voter ID thing.
We cannot survive as a nation with this nonsense continuing. How many elections have been altered in the past? Is this why we had such a huge swing toward liberalism in the past two to three decades?
This is insane.
It's illegal because you can't prove the people even exist. Make up a name, add it to the list, and voila, you have a new voter. Repeat that several hundred times throughout a voting district and you have more votes than you need to swing an election.
There's a reason why they're dead set against voter ID.
Roberts will not allow such a case to come up before the court.................
AND, going to the polls to vote.
>>Roberts will not allow such a case to come up before the court<<
I get what you’re saying, he’s the chief justice and has allot to do with what cases are heard, but I refuse to believe the other justices are hogtied.
If the majority of the justices come against the chief justice’s decision to hear such crucial cases, you’d think the founding fathers in all their wisdom would have prescribed an avenue to overcome corruption on the court and or a justice being feeble/not in their right mind.
I dunno...I’ll have to research this.
