Despite calls by Trump supporters for Republicans to withhold votes for Georgia GOP candidates in January's runoff election, GOP donors have been showing up big for the candidates, despite their refusal to back the president's claims of widespread election fraud.According to Bloomberg, GOP donors contributed $95 million to their party's Senate super-pac and party election committee between election day and Nov. 23 - over four times the $18 million Democrats contributed to similar groups over the same period. Granted, that time frame excludes much of the fervor over election fraud, or the fact that Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue...

One driver says he drove 100,000 ballots from New York To PA and the Republicans in PA say there is no explanation for why that would happen. Democrats have repeatedly said its too late as December 8th is the deadline for dispute resolution but now the Supreme Court is involved. A state judge in Carson City, Nevada, ruled Friday against an effort by President Donald Trump’s campaign to overturn the results of the election in the Silver State based on irregularities — but said earlier in the week he expected the losing side in the case to appeal to the Supreme Court of Nevada. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported: A District Court judge in Carson City on Friday ruled against an attempt by President Donald Trump’s campaign to overturn Nevada’s presidential election results, saying there was insufficient evidence to support fraud accusations. Judge James Russell issued his order after hearing...

Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers claims the state cannot enforce the Constitution regarding Electors, and won’t commit to calling a legislative hearing. Speaker Bowers was one of the top Arizona legislators who on Friday called for an immediate and “expeditious” forensic audit of the Dominion voting machines and software used in Maricopa County, due to concerns that the machines may have been used to assist in massive voter fraud. Spin-filtering could be the key to faster, more energy-efficient switching in future spintronic technology, allowing the detection of spin by electrical rather than magnetic means. A UNSW paper published last month demonstrates spin detection using a spin filter to separate spin orientation according to their energies. Ultra-fast, ultra-low energy 'spintronic' devices are an exciting, beyond-CMOS technology. The emerging field of spintronic devices use the extra degree of freedom offered by particles' quantum spin, in addition to its charge, allowing for ultra-fast, ultra-low energy computation. The key is the ability to generate and detect spin as it accumulates on a material's...

CNA Staff, Dec 2, 2020 / 08:20 am MT (CNA).- Bishops in Switzerland lamented Wednesday a record exodus of Catholics from the Church in 2019. In a statement after their virtual plenary assembly Dec. 2, the bishops acknowledged new figures showing that last year saw the highest annual number of “church exits” on record. They noted that the statistics, compiled by the Swiss Institute for Pastoral Sociology in St. Gallen, showed that older people were also leaving the Church. “The bishops believe that the pandemic could accelerate this development in the coming months,” the statement said. “The trend is worrying...

ROME — Pope Francis called for a “new social justice” Sunday in which all well-intentioned people will challenge the reigning utopia. Addressing “social justice judges” from the African and American continents via streaming, the pope congratulated them for their commitment to “social rights,” asserting that the very fact that men and women “come together to think about their work and to build the new social justice is, without a doubt, excellent news.” The pontiff, who has been a vocal proponent of a “great reset” after the coronavirus pandemic, urged his hearers to “not lose sight of the distressing picture in...

WASHINGTON, D.C. — A move by the Department of Justice to expand how it carries out federal death sentences — to include electrocution, gas or firing squads along with lethal injections –was sharply criticized by Catholic anti-death penalty activists. “The administration’s eleventh-hour push to bring back firing squads and institute additional methods of execution flies in the face of a country that is turning away from the practice of capital punishment,” said Krisanne Vaillancourt Murphy, executive director of Catholic Mobilizing Network, who called the move “yet another blatant affront to the dignity of life.” On Nov. 27, the Justice Department...

Mayor Bill de Blasio defended not paying for COVID-19 testing at the city’s Catholic schools on Tuesday. The Archdiocese of New York filed a lawsuit last month arguing that state law required City Hall to fund coronavirus screening. While on-site testing is being provided at public schools, Catholic officials said they are being shut out. Asked about the ongoing case on Tuesday, de Blasio contended that city lawyers have a differing view of the state law. The city is appealing a ruling last week by Justice Wayne Ozzi of the state Supreme Court that they must furnish and fund testing...

I cannot post the link or excerpt it here. So here is the summary of the article. It is on the Denver 9 News website. ********** Government officials are already discussing if it is legal to force vaccinate people who refuse it. They also mentioned employers requiring that their employees be vaccinated as well. I predict if a law doesn't exist, they will pass one or our governor will issue an edict, and like masks as a precedent, the vaccine will be mandated for all. There may be a religious exclusion however the way churches have been treated lately, maybe...

After Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) got away with ignoring the US Supreme Court's rebuke of his violation of religious liberty, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif) has decided he, too, will ignore the Court. "I understand that the Court thinks they are doing the right thing, but let me point out that our Constitution is set up to protect life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness," the Governor recalled. "In this list life comes before liberty. In fact, without life there is no chance for liberty. By cracking down on church attendance I am saving the lives of millions of Californians. The sacrifice...

Attorney Sidney Powell says there’s plenty of time for President Donald Trump’s legal team to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election. “With the fraud case, the Dec. 8 deadline doesn’t apply,” Powell said Friday during an appearance on Newsmax TV’s “Stinchfield” in reference to the “safe harbor” deadline that frees a state from further challenge if it resolves all disputes and certifies its voting results. “We have at least until Dec. 14,” she said. “We might file more suits. The court in Michigan or Wisconsin today just gave us a great order recognizing that. These are not pure...

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf said on Dec. 4 that there’s “absolutely no reason” for the state legislators to call a special session to resolve election issues. “We had a free and fair election and now it’s time to move on,” Wolf, a Democrat, wrote on Twitter. On Dec. 3, Republican state legislators in the Keystone State called on Wolf to convene a special session to swear in new members and “organize immediately in order to be actively engaged in continued oversight of this election to ensure the integrity of the process.” The Pennsylvania 2020 legislative session ended on Nov. 30...

The Michigan appeals court turned down an appeal Friday from President Donald Trump's campaign in a challenge to how absentee ballots were handled in Detroit and other issues. In a brief order, the court said the lawsuit fails because Michigan's election results, including Joe Biden's 154,000-vote victory over Trump, were certified on Nov. 23, a week before the campaign filed an appellate brief. The court said the president's only recourse was a recount, but that has passed, too. “Because plaintiff failed to follow the clear law in Michigan relative to such matters, their action is moot,” Judge Stephen Borrello said...
