The president's campaign will continue pushing their legal fight toward the Supreme Court The Trump 2020 campaign's legal team suffered another blow in court on Friday, as a federal appeals court in Philadelphia rejected the attorneys' effort to contest the results of the presidential election in Pennsylvania. Judge Stephanos Bibas wrote on behalf of the three-judge panel that reviewed the appeal, "Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here." Trump's attorneys have vowed...

As if a second wave of Covid-19 infections weren’t enough, New York’s prospects for economic recovery will face new headwinds—from Albany. When most of the state’s record 1.9 million mail-in ballots were finally counted this week, it became clear that the New York State Senate’s existing 40-member Democratic majority would grow by at least two seats—giving them their first-ever two-thirds supermajority of the 63-member chamber, enough to override gubernatorial vetoes. The landmark comes two years after Democrats took control of the legislature’s upper house for only the third time since World War II. Combined with their long-standing supermajority in the...

A trio of researchers at Johannes Kepler University has used artificial intelligence to improve thermal imaging camera searches of people lost in the woods. In their paper published in the journal Nature Machine Intelligence, David Schedl, Indrajit Kurmi and Oliver Bimber, describe how they applied a deep learning network to the problem of people lost in the woods and how well it worked. When people become lost in forests, search and rescue experts use helicopters to fly over the area where they are most likely to be found. In addition to simply scanning the ground below, the researchers use binoculars...

t's no secret that body shaming still exists, and it can be especially prevalent for celebrities and people in the public eye. And it turns out even the former First Lady of the US, Michelle Obama, isn't unaffected by the prospect of coming under scrutiny when it comes to body shaming. In fact, her husband Barack Obama has reportedly revealed that one of Michelle's goals as First Lady was to never be photographed by the paparazzi in a bikini or swimming costume, presumably partly down to the prospect of receiving harsh comments and not wanting her privacy to be violated....

Donald Trump advisor Jason Miller took a pop at Hillary Clinton by joking she will be the next person to be pardoned after Michael Flynn. Miller, who was a senior advisor for Trump's 2020 reelection campaign, responded on Twitter to the news of the former National Security Advisor's pardon by the President on Wednesday. NBC correspondent Andrea Mitchell tweeted: 'A full pardon for the disgraced ex National Security Advisor. Who's next?' Miller replied: 'Crooked Hillary.' (snip) 'We are forever appreciative to President Trump for giving back to Michael his freedom in undoing a hideous wrong,' Flynn's family said in a...

The House passed a Democrat-backed bill that would require election systems to use voter-verified paper ballots as an attempt to avoid election interference by a party-line vote of 225-184 on Tuesday, with only one Republican voting in favor. The Securing America’s Federal Elections (SAFE) Act — spearheaded by Rep. Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) — would authorize $600 million for the Election Assistance Commission, which would be allocated to states to enhance their security ahead of 2020 and includes language that would ban voting machines from being connected to the internet and being produced in foreign countries. . . . . “I...

A spokesman for the Taliban told Afghanistan’s Khaama Press in an interview published Thursday that the terrorist group’s “war against the United States will resume … until they leave Afghanistan” if Joe Biden walks back President Donald Trump’s attempts to withdraw U.S. forces from the country. Trump initiated talks including both the Taliban and the legitimate government of Afghanistan this year to come to an agreement that would result in the end of the American military presence in the country. Afghanistan is America’s longest war, launched in the aftermath of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The Trump administration has...

Kaitlan Collins, the airhead from CNN (one of them, that is) was bragging that she and her fellow partisans were able to get Donald Trump to answer a question The crew that got President Trump to answer his first questions in over three weeks. Happy Thanksgiving! pic.twitter.com/1H1uBdxdG9— Kaitlan Collins (@kaitlancollins) November 26, 2020What neither Collins nor CNN nor anyone else in the left wing media will do is ask Joe Biden a complex or deep question. Because they know he can't handle it. It is a recognition of Biden's obvious cognitive deficit. Biden gave...

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) warned on Friday that the left will target Christmas next and discourage people from gathering as they did with Thanksgiving and attributing their edicts to mounting fears of the Chinese coronavirus. “They tried to cancel Thanksgiving. Didn’t work!” Jordan, the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, said. “They’re coming for Christmas next.” They tried to cancel Thanksgiving. Didn’t work! MATAMOROS, Mexico — Griselda was 38 weeks pregnant when she sneaked across the Rio Grande into the United States late one night last year. She started having contractions in a Border Patrol facility in McAllen, Texas, and was taken to a hospital where the medical staff gave her an injection to calm her pain and stop her from going into early labor. Two days later, she was on a crowded bus back to Mexico, moving into a tent camp with hundreds of other migrants who were waiting for permission to enter the United States. When she finally gave birth 10...

Dr. Anthony Fauci believes that Thanksgiving could mark the beginning of a bleak winter, warning that the pandemic could worsen throughout the holidays and encouraging Americans to “be careful” as Christmas approaches, though he is personally looking forward to “Christmas in 2021.” In an interview with USA Today, Fauci explained that he will more than likely forgo his traditional Christmas plans, as he did for Thanksgiving. According to the outlet, he spoke to his three daughters virtually and enjoyed dinner with his wife. “For my own family, I’m saying we had a really great Thanksgiving and Christmas last year. We’re...

Multiple religious congregations have sued the state of California over its COVID-19 restrictions, arguing that they broach the First Amendment’s protections on the ability to worship freely. Strip clubs have also gone to court, arguing the limitations curb their right to free speech. The latter group has succeeded, which might be the most California thing ever. In a ruling dated Nov. 6, San Diego Superior Court Judge Joel R. Wohlfeil wrote that the state couldn’t stop clubs from “being allowed to provide live adult entertainment” in San Diego County, saying that the “harm to plaintiffs if the application is denied...

Women are the subject of unwanted sexual advances and physical contact all the time. Despite this, they often have a hard time being believed. In 2018 Swiss beverage company Schweppes teamed up with Brazilian advertising agency Ogilvy to create dresses that records groping. This is their “Dress for Respect” project. (1) Dress For Respect: Dresses that Records Groping After hearing numerous complaints from women that even men they trust don’t believe them when they experience sexual harassment, Schweppes and Olgivy created dresses that record groping using built-in sensors. Attorney Sidney Powell filed a 104-page lawsuit in Georgia alleging massive voter fraud in the 2020 election. Sidney Powell’s lawsuit contained allegations of numerous irregularities, anomalies, old fashioned “ballot stuffing,” violations of Georgia’s Election Code, unlawful audit procedures and use of voting machines to manipulate votes. Many witnesses testified they saw ballots marked for President Trump being put into Joe Biden piles and pre-printed “pristine” ballots that went 100% for Joe Biden. One affiant testified they saw “counterfeit” ballots with darker colored watermarks that went 100% to Joe Biden.

He also declared that the "2020 Election was a total scam, we won by a lot (and will hopefully turn over the fraudulent result), but we must get out and help David [Perdue] and Kelly [Loeffler], two GREAT people. Otherwise, we are playing right into the hands of some very sick people."

I’m pretending I’m a fortune teller right now. Long ago, Democrats planned to make the 2020 election so full of fraud, corruption, ballot stuffing and faulty mail in ballots that it would be impossible to figure out the valid vote count. To do this they used unconstitutional rulings from politicized State Supreme Courts Governors and other officials. The last recourse would be the Supreme Court of the United States to somehow fix the mess. They didn’t count on the record setting voter turnout for Trump. They didn’t count on Trump fighting back. And they didn’t count on Justice Ginsberg’s death....
