Arizona State Legislature to Hold Public Hearing on Election Integrity on Monday, Nov. 30

The Arizona state legislature will hold a hearing on election integrity on Monday, November 30.

The public hearing will be chaired by Representative Mark Finchem, LD-11 with a number of House and Senate members on the hearing panel.

“Since shortly before the 2020 election a number of my colleagues and I have been examining potential fraud pathways and illegal actions through which our 2020 election could become tainted. My worst fears have come to light in the process, and so far the evidence has been blocked from an official public forum.,” Rep Finchem said. “A few weeks ago I requested approval for the House Federal Relations Committee to hold a hearing on the integrity of the Arizona 2020 election. That hearing has not yet been approved by House leadership, and time is of the essence to show proof that our election has been compromised.”

He continued, “After a review of the statistical anomalies, and there are to numbers to count, affidavits of improper actions, and community outrage that has grown out of what appears to voters to be an attempt to throw the election through a number of fraudulent efforts, we decided as a Members of the Legislature, and not as members of any specific committee, that we should move forward with a public hearing.”

Arizona is now following the lead of the Pennsylvania legislature and will hold hearings. Hopefully, further action by the legislature will follow.

The Arizona Secretary of State, who oversees elections, said President Trump AND his supporters were Nazis. The entire election has to be thrown out. No way someone like her did not cheat us.

Trump retweeted Scavino’s Christopher Walken’s lion story

That hearing has not yet been approved by House leadership

Wildcat hearing. Not an official legislative event.

such hearings and inquiries should be held by every state legislature and The US Congress immediately following each election. And it should be done quickly - strike while the iron is hot!!

There are several other lawsuits out there, including at least one in Pennsylvania State Court.

But the one that Rudy botched was the best one because (1) it was in Fed Court, so it could be reviewed by SCOTUS, and (2) it was in the state with the most contested electoral votes.

Since the Third Circuit Court of appeals (correctly, in my opinion) ruled against Rudy, the best tactic is probably to file a brand new lawsuit in Fed Court in PA, but with different litigants. If it is the same litigants, it will be summarily dismissed under “Res Judicata” (a Latin phrase that simply means “the issue has already been decided”) The new lawsuit should allege pages and pages of facts, identify the witnesses and what they saw, and not be afraid to allege outright fraud.

I have exactly ZERO trust that Rudy can handle such a lawsuit, given that (1) he is not even licensed to practice in PA and (2) as DJT’s personal attorney, he should have been preparing for this litigation as early as August. But he is clearly caught off guard.

I hate to say it but it’s not going to matter.

Public hearings are great but they are ultimately meaningless because we all know there won’t be ANY action out of any of them in Arizona or PA or Michigan or any of them.

It sucks because it basically renders every future election wholly meaningless. The cheating won’t stop.

Very good news, and hoe MI, WI & GA will follow.

We just can’t let the presidency be stolen. People are sent to prison for shop lifting. Such obvious fraud in a presidential elections is totally unacceptable and embarrassment for our country.

The election our military supervised in Afghanistan was 100 times more secure with in person voting and finger dipped in purple innk.

Good!!!

I’ll keep praying AND we all need to Swamp these legislatures with pro Trump calls.

They must know they will lose if they vote against Trump because now the news is a lot more public.

After that 600,000 thing in PA.

The msm is trying to hide it.

But there’s too many ways to communicate today.

Good. I hate them

Trump!!!

In the 2020 presidential election in Demonicrat-controlled states “election integrity” is an oxymoron!

Rudys rebuffed suit was about procedures laid down by the legislature not being observed...such as actually allowing observers and counting ballots where legislative standards were overruled by the State Secty

I dont know why it wasnt about fraud...as are the cases in GA and MI
Maybe this was done because they knew it was a fast track to the USSC

Narrow Republican majorities in both chambers.

This is all gonna end up before the SCOTUS.

Maybe they’re playing their cards close to the vest until that last hand.

Don’t be a Debbie Downer. You are in no way better able to foresee the future than anyone else. We must give it everything we have. Don’t surrender without a fight. And stop trying to discourage others.
