Rudys rebuffed suit was about procedures laid down by the legislature not being observed...such as actually allowing observers and counting ballots where legislative standards were overruled by the State Secty
I dont know why it wasnt about fraud...as are the cases in GA and MI
Maybe this was done because they knew it was a fast track to the USSC

This is all gonna end up before the SCOTUS.
Maybe they’re playing their cards close to the vest until that last hand.

Because according to Harvard prof. Alan Dershowitz, it didn't need to be about fraud. It's not disputable that the SoS and PA Supreme Court ignored and contradicted the statutes in how they conducted the election. Sure, fraud resulted from that, but as a matter of law, the election wasn't conducted properly. Dershowitz says Trump wins at SCOTUS on this point. Other states are trickier, as the factual issues must be proven. In PA, its plain and obvious, without getting into the resulting fraud.

I read a comment, I think from Jenna Ellis that they purposely made the case losable so they could appeal to SCOTUS immediately. They chose not to make oral arguments.
Sounds like it might be SOP for fast tracked cases.
