Sidney Powell released the Kraken! The maverick lawyer spelled out claims she had previously made at a tumultuous press conference the week before – namely that Georgia and Michigan used election machinery designed by Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez, who died in 2013, with the express wish of rigging the vote. She alleges that China and Iran used these voting systems to influence the US election and that 96,000 votes cast for Biden in Georgia were illegally counted. ( page 10 Additionally, incontrovertible evidence Board of Elections records demonstrates that at least 96,600 absentee ballots were requested and counted but were never...

More than two-thirds of the nation say it is fair for President Donald Trump to ask for a recount in key states, according to a new Newsmax/McLaughlin & Associates poll released Thursday. Sixty-seven percent of likely voters backed Trump's recounts where the vote margins in his race with Joe Biden were 1% or closer, which applies to states like Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona. Despite the close contests, 65% of Americans say the election will ultimately be decided honestly. But fully a third of all voters, 35%, said that there was significant fraud. "This seems to be a very disturbing...

Fellow FReepers!Sidney Powell can spell just fine! You are probably getting the idea by now, but it seems that ALL documents submitted to court are put through a OCR process.OCR refers to 'Optical Character Recognition'. This is the conversion of different types of documents - scanned paper documents, digital images, PDFs and so forth - into clear textThe result is a searchable file. This is to ensure that the text in those documents is searchable to (e.g.) research attorneys, court officials and other legal professionals. Moreover: the data can *then* be moved to a common database and cross-referenced with other data. Anyone...

Democrats have continually pushed Americans to stay home and avoid gathering for Thanksgiving and Christmas because of the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic. While they enforce mask mandates and lockdowns that kill small businesses and ruin people's livelihoods, many Americans have stood up and said, "enough." They're tired of Democratic politicians passing draconian lockdowns that they themselves don't follow. Just look at Gov. Gavin Newsom's French Laundry celebration or Gov. Andrew Cuomo's plans to spend Thanksgiving with his elderly mother. And who could forget D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser traveling to a "forbidden" state to celebrate Biden's presidential victory? The list goes on...

Like so many of you, I give thanks today for all that we have been blessed with. I thank God for: * America, as she was founded * our POTUS, Donald J. Trump, the only legitimate and duly elected president , as chosen by We The People * our 244+ year history of fighting and dying for liberty and freedom for all who believe * the brave patriots, who are standing up to be counted, as we fight for our very survival * those unintimidated lawyers, like Sidney Powell, L. Lin Wood, and Mayor Rudy and his team, who will...

A man suspected in the fatal stabbings of two people and the wounding of three others at a San Francisco Bay Area homeless shelter has a history of domestic violence and had been deported at least three times, officials said Wednesday. Fernando Jesus Lopez, 32, was on probation in San Joaquin County for felony domestic violence and was wanted in Santa Clara County on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge when he allegedly stabbed five people Sunday at San Jose’s Grace Baptist Church, San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia said. After his arrest in June in Santa Clara County, a judge...

A proposal introduced Tuesday would have the Board of Supervisors president read a statement at the start of every meeting acknowledging that they are guests of the Ramaytush Ohlone, who were the original inhabitants of the San Francisco Peninsula.

You might recall that, nine years ago, I wrote a book entitled "The Death of Liberalism." It was an answer to Sam Tanenhaus' suicidal 2009 book "The Death of Conservatism." Sam's book came out mere months before the conservative wave election of 2010. The liberals still have not gotten over the 2010 election. It pretty much eliminated an entire tier of promising liberal candidates. It also explains why the Democrats' promising young candidates this time around were the likes of Beto O'Rourke. Remember him? Or Eric Swalwell? And, of course, there was Sen. Kamala Harris, who dropped out of the...

The tradition of the Pilgrims' first Thanksgiving is steeped in myth and legend. Few people realize that the Pilgrims did not celebrate Thanksgiving the next year, or any year thereafter, though some of their descendants later made a "Forefather's Day" that usually occurred on December 21 or 22. Several Presidents, including George Washington, made one-time Thanksgiving holidays. In 1827, Mrs. Sarah Josepha Hale began lobbying several Presidents for the creation of Thanksgiving as a national holiday, but her lobbying was unsuccessful until 1863 when Abraham Lincoln finally made it a national holiday. Today, our Thanksgiving is the fourth Thursday of...

The link leads to the full filing. The summary below is my own. Here is my summary of the counts in Sidney's Georgia filing, I may have missed some. Especially count 5 where I stopped after a lot seemed repetitive. I also did not try to capture all of the estimated counts in the filing. The request for relief at the end was not summarized and posted verbatum. Count 1 Defendents violated the Elections Clause and 42 U.S.C Rule changes and cure procedures conflict with state legislation. This count includes workers not following procedures when counting, mail-in ballots sent to...

Now, these same miscreants are acting as though Trump is threatening to destroy the country by insisting that multiple accusations of election fraud be investigated before states certify the results. Suddenly, doing anything to undermine the credibility of a Joe Biden presidency is dangerously un-American. Nevertheless, Democrats have lowered the bar for impeachment so low that, by any fair reading, calls for Biden’s impeachment can’t be dismissed. After all, they involve corruption, abuse of power, spying on a political opponent, and covering up sexual assault.

As every public school child knows, the first Thanksgiving took place in 1621, when our Pilgrim forefathers took a break from slaughtering Peaceful, Environmentally Friendly, Indigenous Peoples to invite them to dinner in order to infect them with smallpox, before embarking on their mission to fry the planet so that the world would end on Jan. 22, 2031. (Copyright: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez) Consider this description of the Pilgrims' treatment of the Indigenous peoples: "They were the worst of conquerors. Inordinate pride, the lust of blood and dominion, were the mainsprings of their warfare; and their victories were strained with every excess...

2020 represents a year fraught with hardship and unique challenges. And yet, Americans from across the country are going out of their way to spread kindness and cheer this Thanksgiving. From a 10-year-old boy collecting meals for those in need to a professor cooking for her students so that they don’t feel alone, here are six stories exemplifying humanity’s goodness this Thanksgiving: 1. Grandma Celebrates Fifth Thanksgiving with Young Man She Met by AccidentFour years ago, an Arizona grandma meant to text her grandson an invitation to Thanksgiving dinner. Actor Ricky Schroder doubled down on his decision to contribute his own money to help bail out Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager accused of fatally shooting two men during anti-police rioting in Wisconsin in August. Schroder’s generosity will enable the 17-year-old Kyle to celebrate Thanksgiving at home with his family. Schroder, who has been eviscerated by trolls on Twitter and in the media, said the mob bullying by left-wing thugs won’t intimidate him.

This is why I think it should be referred to instead as the "blessed free market system." I admit, this change in nomenclature would be an uphill battle. In so many ways, the free market has improved our lives to such a degree that it would be completely impossible for the vast majority of humanity to imagine living like their forebears did just a hundred years ago.

As millions of us gather this year to share a quintessentially American holiday, a Thanksgiving Day meal, it’s good to think about the long game. As you stare across the table at the person with whom the only thing you share in common is your bloodline, keep in mind Americans figured out how to get along after the Civil War, so you’ll get through this too, no matter how the 2020 election results pan out and what happens following. Please do your best to overlook your loudmouth relative standing over the turkey while wielding a carving knife who won’t shut...
