A tidal wave from the mainstream media is speculating whether the two remaining debates between President Trump and Joe Biden should even be held after their brutal first showdown Tuesday night in Cleveland. There appears to be a wide consensus about the messy and ugly nature of the first debate -- which was filled with interruptions and insults. Two more debated are scheduled for Oct. 15 and Oct. 22, with a vice presidential debate set for Oct. 7. During MSNBC's post-debate coverage, "ReidOut" host Joy Reid questioned her colleague Nicolle Wallace, who has worked on presidential campaigns in the past,...

CLEVELAND - Joe Biden’s campaign touted that it raised a record $3.8 million in fundraising during the 10 p.m. ET hour on Tuesday night as the former vice president and President Trump traded fire during an extremely combustible first of three presidential debates. And the Biden campaign characterized Trump and “tired and angry” while Biden appeared “confidently smiling.” “There was one leader on stage tonight and one liar,” charged Biden deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield.

During the debate, Trump asked Biden to name one law enforcement group that supports his candidacy, but the former vice president was not able to name any. In contrast, Trump has been endorsed by law enforcement groups all over the nation that represent more than 900,000 police officers. Biden, on the other hand, was endorsed by Portland, Oregon’s, District Attorney that has refused to prosecute rioters. PS (Note 3 times Biden tried to divert answering by saying..."Look Look" Trump didn't let him off the hook, Wallace did)

Fox News host Chris Wallace, a registered Democrat, faced intense backlash on Tuesday night for what was widely deemed as bias in the debate in the favor of Democrat Joe Biden and against Republican President Donald Trump. One of the issues that Wallace was called out for the most was how he appeared to let Biden interrupt Trump but would jump in to interrupt Trump when Trump would talk over Biden. Fox News host Brian Kilmeade even noted the discrepancy and called it out on social media, writing: “Why is @JoeBiden allowed to interrupt? @realDonaldTrump is not.” Fox News contributor...

President Donald Trump has made disparaging remarks about Oakland many times, and he did it again in the Tuesday night debate with former Vice President Joe Biden. Fox News' Chris Wallace, who moderated the debate, asked the president about his frequent assertion that cities with Democratic leadership are more violent than Republican-run ones. When Wallace said Republican-controlled cities show similar trends of violent crime, Trump launched into a stream-of-consciousness response that, at one point, included an assertion that Oakland was "more violent" under President Barack Obama and asked where law and order was under the Obama-Biden watch. "Look at Oakland,...

Andrew Sullivan: “I’ve never seen Biden seem so old or so weak. He can’t land a strong blow. He’s being successfully heckled. I want to look away.” What a s–tshow. Chris Wallace was horrible, at times literally arguing with Trump, and continually reprimanding Trump for interrupting when interruptions were bipartisan during the debate — Biden did it continually...Trump did very well on law and order. Just when Biden had a potentially deadly moment of debate silence when Trump pressed him to name a single law enforcement group that supported Biden, and Biden had no answer, Wallace saved him by changing...

Joe Biden will continue to debate President Trump, his campaign said late Tuesday, even as political operatives blasted what they called a "train wreck" between the pair in their first debate. "I don’t know how many different ways we can say it. Yes, we are going to do the debates," Biden deputy campaign manager Kate Bedingfield said in a post-debate call with reporters. "I would imagine there will be some additional conversations [with the Commission on Presidential Debates]. But yeah, we are committing to attending the debates," she said. Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), the Democratic vice presidential nominee, also indicated...

Portland Trail Blazers center Hassan Whiteside and Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry both reacted to Tuesday night’s Presidential debates on Twitter. Each of their tweets went viral. That said, the core of their messages were very, very different. Whiteside, apparently fed up with what he was witnessing during the contentious proceedings, tweeted out an interesting proclamation.

by Joe Callen Most online polls are showing that President Trump won his first debate with former VP Joe Biden Tuesday night. Polls with huge responses like this are typical on Twitter: But of course the major networks -- as they did in 2016 with Hillary Clinton -- ALL gave the edge to Biden. CLEVELAND, Ohio — Democratic nominee Joe Biden denied he supported the Green New Deal being pushed by his own campaign’s climate change panel during Tuesday night’s first presidential debate in Cleveland, Ohio. “The Green New Deal is not my plan,” the Democratic nominee told Fox News moderator Chris Wallace of the sweeping agenda which calls for the US to meet 100 percent renewable energy while creating millions of high-paying jobs. “Do you support the Green New Deal?” Wallace pressed the former veep during the chaotic match-up which frequently devolved into shouting matches between Biden and President Trump. “No, I don’t...

September 29, 2020 On the eve of the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden, the Simon Wiesenthal Center denounced an ad released by the Jewish Democratic Council of America. “Comparing the President of the United States to Hitler and Goebbels is beneath contempt. That a Jewish group produced compounds the offense. For 75 years Jews have emphasized the uniqueness of the Nazi savagery, racism, and genocide that mass murdered a third of our people and led tens of millions dead during WWII," said Rabbi Abraham Cooper, Simon Wiesenthal Center associate dean and Global...
