by Samantha Foster Joe Biden spent a mere 6 hours in the state of Florida yesterday -- and the only thing he had to show for it was a cringey pandering embarrassment at a "Latino Outreach" meeting -- playing "Despacito" on his cell phone and becoming a national joke all day Wednesday. So understandably, tired and humiliated, he retreated to his basement, where he spent the day. No appearances. No press conference. No questions. (in other words, like most of Joe's days.) So the campaign figured it could change the subject by sending his wife Jill Biden to New...

The Department of Justice is looking into whether federal charges can be brought against Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan over her failure to crack down on a so-called “autonomous zone” controlled for weeks by rioters. Attorney General William Barr has tasked the DOJ’s civil rights division with investigating whether charges can be brought against Durkan, The New York Times reported on Wednesday evening citing two people familiar with the discussions. Barr has also asked federal prosecutors to consider charging rioters with sedition and insurrection against the United States government, according to The Wall Street Journal. Rioters took over several city blocks...

KYIV. Sept 16 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukrainian MP Andriy Derkach reiterated that the Burisma group transferred funds to accounts connected with Hunter Biden, the son of former U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden, and Ukraine was under the external control of the United States. At a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday, he announced that he won a court case against Burisma last week. "By the way, if Burisma again wants to whiten Biden in court, I want to notify that I already won one lawsuit regarding payments from Burisma to Biden last week. By the way, Burisma's lawyers, trying to whiten Biden,...

You've probably heard the Jessica Krug story by now. For years, the George Washington University history professor described herself as an "Afro-Puerto Rican" from the Bronx, even regularly mining her "lived experience" as an oppressed minority for her academic writings. In reality, Krug was a Jewish lady from suburban Kansas City. Her ruse fell apart last week after a few actual Afro Latina professors—evidently possessing Nazi-level jewdar—confronted Krug and threatened to expose her true demographic identity. Krug decided to preempt her exposure by confessing her racial appropriation in a blog post, resigning her tenured professorship, and disappearing from public view....

Attorney General William P. Barr told federal prosecutors in a call last week that they should consider charging rioters and others who had committed violent crimes at protests in recent months with sedition, according to two people familiar with the call. The highly unusual suggestion to charge people with insurrection against lawful authority alarmed some on the call, which included U.S. attorneys around the country, said the people, who described Mr. Barr’s comments on the condition of anonymity for fear of retribution. The attorney general has also asked prosecutors in the Justice Department’s civil rights division to explore whether they...

TRUMP IS A FREAKING GENIUS. He went into that pit of despair called a townhall. and not for me or you. We are sane, we are not idiots, we are not blinded by smoke and mirrors. In short, we are not Democrats, nor confused independents. My wife voted for Trump in 2016 because i am a rabid anti-Hildabeast and badgered her into voting not-Hilary. She didn't like Trump, but thought her vote safe because there was no way (in her mind) that Trump could win. And every day since, she reads CNN,NPR, NYSLIMES, msnbc, etc, and is SO ORANGEMANBAD, PRO-ABORTION,...

A simple manufacturing technology based on chitin, one of the most ubiquitous organic polymers on Earth, could be used to build tools and shelters on Mars, according to a study published September 16 in the open-access journal PLOS ONE by Javier Fernandez of Singapore University of Technology and Design, and colleagues. With plans to revisit the lunar surface and eventually send a crewed mission to Mars, future space exploration missions are likely to involve an extended stay. For such missions, or perhaps even settlements, survival requires meeting basic human needs. One material that could be used to meet those needs...

Good news: The anti-mask mandate movement is gaining steam. Americans yearning to breathe free are waking up from their pandemic stupor. Common sense and constitutional principles, now more than ever, are vital to a sovereign nation's health. On Monday, a federal judge rescinded Democratic Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf's shutdown orders restricting gatherings, forcing "nonessential" business closures, and directing citizens to stay at home to combat COVID-19. U.S. District Judge William Stickman determined that the sweeping measures violated "the right of assembly enshrined in the First Amendment." He noted Wolf's hypocrisy in severely limiting indoor and outdoor fairs, festivals, concerts, and...

The Democrat-media complex has a new mission:.... to distract our attention from President Trump’s incredible—and I mean incredible—progress on both economic and foreign policy. Clearly, these hit pieces (explained in article) were never intended to be rational or believable — and they weren’t. Rather, they were carefully crafted and timed to draw attention away from the most remarkable economic comeback in American history and unprecedented progress towards peace in the Middle East. As we edge closer to November, expect more of these disingenuous efforts. Keep in mind that if a suspicious, eyebrow-raising narrative seems to be dominating the news cycle,...

The mostly behind-the-scenes attempt between Election Day and Inauguration Day to prevent Donald Trump from taking office the first time will go public in 2020. As I reported last week, a cabal of Democrats and NeverTrump Republicans are plotting a post-election civil war of sorts to make sure Joe Biden assumes the presidency even if Donald Trump legitimately wins. “It’s insurrection,” President Trump said on Fox News last week when asked about the widely-circulated plan. “We’ll put them down very quickly if they do that.” SNIP But this is more than the far-fetched hallucinations of political outcasts. The mayhem they’ve...

The Big Ten will kick off its football season the weekend of Oct. 24 after the league's presidents and chancellors unanimously voted to resume competition, citing daily testing capabilities and a stronger confidence in the latest medical information, the conference announced Wednesday morning. Each team will attempt to play eight games in eight weeks, leaving no wiggle room during the coronavirus pandemic before the Big Ten championship game on Dec. 19. That date will also feature an extra cross-division game for each school, with seeded teams in each division squaring off. The Big Ten would complete its season before the...

The probe focuses on roles that Obama administration officials might have played in the Trump-Russia collusion probe. A Senate committee on Wednesday voted in favor of authorizing dozens of subpoenas and depositions as part of the Republican-led committee's probe into the roles that Obama administration officials might have played in the Russia-Trump campaign collusion investigation. The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted to authorize nearly three dozen subpoenas and depositions, according to Politico. However, the committee decided not to vote separately on whether to authorize a subpoena to U.S. Ambassador to Slovakia Bridget Brink as part of members'...

President Donald Trump criticized his Democratic presidential rival, Joe Biden, on Tuesday evening for failing to enforce a national mask mandate — but Biden, as a candidate, has no authority to do so. Trump leveled the attack after being asked by a voter during an ABC News town hall why he had not supported universal mask-wearing. "A good question is, you ask, like Joe Biden. They said, 'We're going to do a national mandate on masks,'" Trump said Tuesday evening. "But he didn't do it, I mean, he never did it." Trump was referring to a policy promise that Biden...

President Trump’s reelection campaign asked a federal judge Wednesday to prevent New Jersey election officials from counting mail-in ballots beginning 10 days ahead of Election Day until a lawsuit is settled. “The public interest obviously weighs in favor of enjoining the government from violating federal law,” lawyers representing the president’s campaign said in the Wednesday brief, according to the New Jersey Globe. “Confidence in the integrity of our electoral processes is essential to the functioning of our participatory democracy. Voter fraud drives honest citizens out of the democratic process and breeds distrust of our government. Voters who fear their legitimate...

by Joe Callen The FOX News panel on Outnumbered Overtime melted down on Wednesday after former Speaker Newt Gingrich accused George Soros of funding radical, lawless district attorneys across the country today. Even though it's 100% true. Many of these radical activist prosecutors are allowing the riots and vandalism in their communities. This is a fact. The Los Angeles Times even had a 4,000-word article on the Soros-funded campaign to replace District Attorneys with radical leftists from coast-to-coast. But when Gingrich brought it up, it was as if someone at Hogwarts brought up Voldemort. The panel did not like...
