The Office of the Inspector General that independently oversees the Justice Department is examining the sentencing recommendation for GOP operative Roger Stone, a DOJ source confirmed to Fox News. The inspector general's investigation, which was first reported by NBC News, comes after Assistant U.S. Attorney Aaron Zelinsky testified before Congress in June that a DOJ decision to recommend a lighter sentence than originally suggested was politically motivated. Zelinsky, a member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team, resigned from the Stone case after being overruled by DOJ superiors.

Oracle Corp said on Monday it would team up with China’s ByteDance to keep TikTok operating in the United States, beating Microsoft Corp in a deal structured as a partnership rather than an outright sale. Getting the transaction across the finish line will rest heavily on Oracle co-founder and Chairman Larry Ellison, one of the few top technology executives to openly support President Donald Trump, who has ordered ByteDance to divest TikTok amid concerns over the safety of the personal data of U.S. consumers. Key moments: December 2016: Oracle Chief Executive Safra Catz joined then president-elect Trump's transition team, and...

Threats of left-wing political violence if President Trump is reelected have gone from subtext to the plain text. The quiet part is becoming very loud. Threats of left-wing political violence if President Trump is reelected have gone from subtext to the plain text. Writing at The Atlantic, Shadi Hamid warns of “mass unrest and political violence across American cities” if Trump wins. The Democrats are embracing their inner movie villain: It votes for Biden, or it gets the riots again. Not that the rioting and related violence have stopped—from the attempted assassination of cops in Los Angeles to “mostly peaceful” protests...

Here is the deal. Twitter probably uses machine learning systems to identify videos of child sexual exploitation. User @koenigjake said he tried to post “video of evidence on how Biden interacts with woman and little girls” but Twitter flagged him “for trying to post images of child molestation.” The fact he wasn’t able to respond suggests the automated filters identified the type of video ON UPLOAD. Also, if it were a manual review, it’s unlikely Twitter would label the video ‘child sexual exploitations.’ Read More...

Was this a slip of the lip or a forthright acknowledgment of reality? My guess is that her ego got the better of Senator Harris, who, after all, is used to assuming power through questionable exploitation of older men. It must be a classic "Kinsley gaffe," a politician accidentally telling the truth, since nobody would ever describe Kamala Harris as "forthright." Whatever the underlying psychology, during a "virtual address" (i.e., a video call like Zoom) to a group of Hispanic small business–owners in Arizona on Saturday, the junior senator from California spoke of "a Harris administration together with Joe Biden":

India confirmed more than 83,000 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, bringing its total caseload to nearly 5 million. The Health Ministry also reported 1,054 new deaths, driving total fatalities up to 80,776. With 4.93 million confirmed cases, India has the second-highest total in the world after the U.S. Infections have maintained an upward surge amid an ease in coronavirus restrictions nationwide. More than 600,000 new cases have been confirmed in the last week alone. Maharashtra, with more than 1 million cases, remains the worst-affected state in India, followed by Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. India, however, also...

In June the GOP released a video on the trained Marxist leaders behind the Black Lives Matter movement in America. This has been clear for months now. The fruits of the Black Lives Matter movement are always destruction, rage, hate, terror, threats, looting, torching, riots and anti-Americanism. Left-Wing anarchists are using CHAOS to destroy America.President @realDonaldTrump stands up for LAW and ORDER.RT if you do, too! pic.twitter.com/hxcQGhzvai— GOP (@GOP) June 24, 2020 A video clip from 2015 went viral this summer of Black Lives Matter founder Patrisse Cullors in which she states she and another BLM co-founder are “trained Marxists.”...

Prayers up for all the families suffering from the impact of this virus. And we're praying that the spread continues fading and that an effective treatment and vaccine are developed before the next flu season starts. And we pray that our people are able to go back to work in greater and greater numbers as the great Trump economy comes roaring back. And I believe we the people are going to tire real soon about the democrats allowing the radical leftist revolutionary blackshirt/brownshirt squads of their party using violent organized fascist tactics to rampage, riot and burn our once beautiful...

This article is an adapted excerpt from “Abuse of Power: Inside the Three-Year Campaign to Impeach Donald Trump.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s avoidance of impeachment was going to be one of many problems the House speaker would have with “The Squad.†Over the summer, her grip on power began to weaken, as she tried to put down a party rebellion.Pelosi’s compromise border security funding bill initially had only nominal Democratic opposition. But The Squad, consisting of Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Ayanna Pressley, wanted to abolish Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not fund it. The Senate...

LeBron James’ NBA Bubble suite was revealed this week, and it is safe to say the Los Angeles Lakers star is living large. When fans heard that James and his fellow players were residing in Disney World’s Florida campus, nobody quite knew what to make of it. Were the digs nice? Were they low-class? It was unclear. This week, an answer emerged. In celebration of the NFL season commencing, James gave a sneak peak into his temporary home. It was impressive.

There's not much in the way of praise I'm prepared to acknowledge when it comes to the late FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. That said, I am today more convinced than at any time before that Hoover was correct to be concerned about the communist influence upon blacks when he learned Vladimir Lenin had said blacks "were a revolutionary class people" – albeit, I am convinced for reasons separate from those of Hoover. Lenin was saying that blacks were ripe for exploitation by being converted into a revolutionary class – through intellectual corruption and a generational inculcation of victimology –...

Will he run again? Is this the start of his comeback? These are questions that will be answered in due time. Former Florida Democratic gubernatorial candidate Andrew Gillum lost a nail-biter race to Gov. Ron DeSantis. It was a punch to the gut to Democrats in the state that pretty much forced them to reconsider if the state was indeed trending blue. The political environment for Democrats during the 2018 elections was excellent and they couldnÂ’t take back the governorÂ’s mansion? Furthermore, term-limited GOP Governor Rick Scott ran for Senate and beat incumbent Democrat Bill Nelson. Time passes and then...

This week’s Liberal Media Scream features the essence of the new media. Once obsessed with the five “W's” and “H” — who, what, where, when, why, and how — much of the media's political coverage has turned into agenda-making and shaming. But up against some politicians, notably President Trump, some reporters fret it doesn’t work. (embed video not shown) On Sunday’s Meet The Press, moderator Chuck Todd said that Trump doesn’t “have shame” when the press call out his misstatements. On the show, guest Jeffrey Goldberg, editor-in-chief of the Atlantic, rued how the media have not figured out how to...

Rashida Tlaib and ‘useful idiots’ on parade at anti-Israel AMP conference. Joe Kaufman, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the David Horowitz Freedom Center, is Chairman of the Joe Kaufman Security Initiative and the 2014, 2016 and 2018 Republican Nominee for U.S. House of Representatives (Florida-CD23). As Progressives continue to make the vilification of Israel a core issue for the Democratic Party, members of Congress continue to line up to embrace the hate. On Tuesday, September 15th, American Muslims for Palestine (AMP) will be sponsoring an online virtual advocacy event (‘Palestine Advocacy Days’) featuring at least five US Representatives. But this...

A hectic scene emerged Monday outside McClellan Airport, where a California Highway Patrol cruiser and at least one other civilian vehicle in separate instances struck crowds of protesters who gathered outside President Donald Trump’s events in Sacramento, videos show. There’s a reason the media isn’t talking about the pattern. Daniel Greenfield, a Shillman Journalism Fellow at the Freedom Center, is an investigative journalist and writer focusing on the radical Left and Islamic terrorism. After an arson attempt at The Way Christian Church church in Berkeley, the pastor and the media blamed it on a racist who was lashing out at the church's Black Lives Matter banner. "McBride is now considering whether his decades long work challenging police brutality, registering people of faith to vote, or speaking out against white supremacy irritated the suspected arsonist, or whether they were angered...

Staten Island. Trump wins by 10 and Max Rose wins my 6 two years later. Earlier redistricting might have had something to do with it but Trump won. Our guys gotta show up because Rose is a whack job who served in uniform. Good recruitment, something we could learn.
