The Department of Justice today announced that it is making $850 million available to help public safety agencies respond to the challenges posed by the outbreak of COVID-19. The man who police say fired multiple shots at a vehicle during a dispute Saturday outside a Johnstown Sheetz store did not have a concealed carry permit, authorities said. Guillermo Diaz Alvarez, 56, allegedly fired into a Nissan Altima driven by William Sauro, 43, at the Sheetz on Broad Street.
