  • What is Rush dangerously close to saying?

If anyone is listening to Rush today? He keeps stopping himself during his thoughts about what's going on with our country.... and says..."I have to stop, I'm getting dangerously close to saying something..." He clearly is absolutely flustered and shocked how easily this country has been shut down. He has said several times that this can't continue, and he's right. I suspect he is stopping himself short from putting forth the idea that it's time for Americans to stand up in defiance of all these shutdown orders. He just doesn't want civil unrest pinned on him.

Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky charged the Democrats’ recent impeachment coup that stretched into the beginning of February with distracting the administration from the Wuhan coronavirus threat as the outbreak worsened in China. “It came up while we were tied down in the impeachment trial, and I think it diverted the attention of the government because everything every day was all about impeachment,” McConnell said Tuesday on “The Hugh Hewitt Show.” While China was implementing large-scale lockdowns across the country at the start of the new year to contain the virus, the White House was focused on...

U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Secretary Sonny Perdue, a member of President Donald Trump’s cabinet, told Breitbart News this weekend that the “real modern-day heroes” fighting the coronavirus crisis are those making sure food supply chains are up and running through this prolonged national shutdown. Perdue, a member of Vice President Mike Pence’s White House Coronavirus Task Force, on Friday evening joined the team at the daily briefing in the White House Briefing Room to break down a new program that the USDA has put together to make sure kids nationwide are getting breakfast and lunch even though many schools...

President Trump on Tuesday encouraged Congress to pass a $2 trillion infrastructure bill as the next piece of legislation to boost the economy amid the coronavirus pandemic. "With interest rates for the United States being at ZERO, this is the time to do our decades long awaited Infrastructure Bill," Trump tweeted. "It should be VERY BIG & BOLD, Two Trillion Dollars, and be focused solely on jobs and rebuilding the once great infrastructure of our Country!" Trump last week signed into law a $2 trillion economic relief package targeting small businesses and workers impacted by the fallout of the virus....

[Catholic Caucus] Miraculous Crucifix Ruined at Pope Francis’ Urbi et Orbi Centuries-old wood 'explodes' after exposure to pouring rain VATICAN CITY (ChurchMilitant.com) - A "miraculous crucifix," which survived a fire in 1519 and halted the great plague of Rome in 1522, has suffered potentially irreparable damage after being exposed to pouring rain for over two hours during Pope Francis' special Urbi et Orbi blessing in St. Peter's Square on Friday. The wood on the sculpture tumefied and "exploded" as the rainwater penetrated the priceless work of art. The stuccos in various places used to plaster-coat the body of Jesus were severely eroded and much of the ancient...

Isn't this a little odd? Doesn't the symptoms described by all of them seem to be symptoms that we all experience when we have the flu or a cold? Obviously, as a die heart Trump supporter, knowing all that the msn and liberals do to get rid of our President, why wouldn't they use this virus/annual flu to wreck the economy, create chaos and confusion with the hopes of damaging President Trump?

The Air Force Academy is redoubling efforts to offer mental health care to students after the deaths of two senior cadets on the campus in less than a week. The deaths, in incidents on Thursday and Saturday, are thought to be suicides, several people familiar with them told The Gazette, asking that their names not be used because they were not authorized to reveal that information. The academy confirmed the seniors died weeks before graduation amid a campus-wide lockdown, and neither was caused by coronavirus or foul play. “These tragedies have caused incredible shock and pain throughout our USAFA family,”...

"Thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen" (Matt. 6:13). The Disciples’ Prayer is a pattern to follow for life. The implications of the Disciples' Prayer are profound and far-reaching. An unknown author put it this way: I cannot say "our" if I live only for myself in a spiritual, watertight compartment. I cannot say "Father" if I do not endeavor each day to act like His child. I cannot say "who art in heaven" if I am laying up no treasure there. I cannot say "hallowed be Thy name" if I am not striving for...

Email: matthewmckee2@yahoo.com URL: Comment: I just don't understand the hype. If CNN reported 24/7 every year the case and death toll of the regular flu, nobody would ever leave their houses. Here in one of the hotbeds of COVID-19 (Santa clara county) the hospitals that the media have said are over run and the staff is overworked, how come the hospitals are actually empty. At Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, over 100 nurses are not working and nurses that are scheduled for 8 hour shifts are set home because there is not enough work to keep them there. Why...

Vocations Vanishing Under Francis Vatican stats show few answering call to priesthood or religious life VATICAN CITY (ChurchMilitant.com) - The number of Catholics entering the priesthood and religious life during the Francis papacy has plummeted, according to Vatican statistics. The Pontifical Yearbook 2020 reveals that in 2018 there were nearly 2,400 fewer men studying for the priesthood worldwide than in 2013. Africa is one of the few areas that has experienced an increase in vocations since 2013 While the number of Catholics increased worldwide by 75 million over that five-year period, men studying for the priesthood declined on all continents except Africa,...

What is the faith we proclaim? Christ died for our sins and rose again. Who is Christ? He is God's only begotten Son, the Chosen One, the Anointed. What is the one road to Heaven? Christ alone through faith alone. The road to Heaven is Christ Himself (Jn. 14:6).  There is no other way (Jn. 3:18, 3:36; 8:24; 10:9; Acts 4:12; 16:30–31; Rm. 6:23; 1 Tim. 2:5–6; 1 Jn. 5:11–12; cf. Mt. 7:13–14; 11:27).  The only reason you can have eternal life is because Christ died for your sins and rose again.  And that atonement is applied to your...

Actress Ellen Page said President Donald Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are guilty of “environmental racism. She accused Trump of “destroying the world” with his climate change policy. Page, who makes her directorial debut with the Netflix documentary There’s Something in the Water, told Variety how she was inspired to make the film by Dalhousie University professor Ingrid R. G. Waldron’s book There’s Something in the Water: Environmental Racism in Indigenous & Black Communities. “Environmental racism is essentially the disproportionate placement of landfills, hazardous industry, et cetera, put next to indigenous and black and other marginalized communities,” Ellen...
  • Media And Government Officials Told Americans Not To Wear Masks. They Were Wrong

Our officials' lies have now damaged both the public's trust in any future top-down guidance, and backfired on their efforts to 'flatten the curve.' As Americans slowly woke up to the seriousness of the pandemic, and their own lack of preparedness, our media and government elites discouraged the general public from stocking up on masks in an effort to preserve supplies for health-care workers on the front lines. Whether they genuinely believed masks would be useless for everyday, non-medical use, or they were bracing for shortages to come, their lies have now damaged both the public’s trust in any future...

Washington (AFP) - China's decision to lock down the city of Wuhan, ground zero for the global COVID-19 pandemic, may have prevented more than 700,000 new cases by delaying the spread of the virus, researchers said Tuesday. Drastic Chinese control measures in the first 50 days of the epidemic bought other cities across the country valuable time to prepare and install their own restrictions, according to the paper by researchers in China, the United States and the UK, published in the journal Science. By day 50 of the epidemic -- February 19 -- there were 30,000 confirmed cases in China,...

Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said Tuesday that there are signs that mitigation strategies implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic may be starting to have an impact on the number of COVID-19 cases. “We're starting to see glimmers that that is actually having some dampening effect,” Fauci said in an interview with CNN’s Jim Sciutto. “But that does not take away from the seriousness of what you've described on this show.” Fauci noted that the number of cases is still increasing, and virus hotspots like New York are “appropriately” trying to...

A SCIENTIST from Netflix documentary series Pandemic says his team has discovered a potential coronavirus cure. The COVID 19 infected at least 800,000 and killed nearly 39,000 globally. In the U.S. we have 165,482 cases and 3,186 deaths. It seems that Americans will come to the rescue yet again. The bioengineer Dr. Jacob Glanville said his California-based team has been working around the clock trying to come up with a drug to beat Covid-19. And yesterday he announced they might just have found one. CBS8 in San Diego reported: A California scientist and his team say they have found a potential...
