ALBANY, NY (WRGB) — The man charged with manslaughter in the stabbing death of an Albany woman was set free without bail Thursday after facing a judge. 52-year-old Paul Barbaritano was released on his own recognizance. The body of 29 year old Nicole Jennings was found dead in a Brevator St. apartment back in July of 2019. Tim Walker and his daughter Carolyn Walker were taking the trash out Sunday evening at their Bethel home when they saw a flash in the sky.
