To talk about the 2018 elections is to hear of a possible Donald Trump backlash carrying Democrats to a House of Representatives majority. While Democrats hope that blue wave washes over Republican districts in Orange County, it’s not yet forecast to reach the Inland Empire, even though the traditionally Republican region has turned purple. “In a remote scenario, we’d have to be talking about a tsunami,” said David Wasserman of the nonpartisan Cook Political Report, which studies and handicaps congressional races. With Trump’s popularity at record lows and the party outside the White House typically gaining seats in mid-term elections,...

As of this past week, the popular TVAddons website — and their large Fusion super repository — is down. Many of the addons that TVAddons had collected, including Exodus and Phoenix, also took a hit. These recent events have left many Kodi users scrambling to find some great alternatives to the popular and highly-relied-upon TVAddons. The good news is that TVAddons is not the only place to locate many great addons. Here are several TVAddons replacement repositories that will get you some (but not all) of the addons you’re looking for.

A South Korean company – Simwon America Corp. – has selected Lathrop as the location for its first manufacturing plant in the United States. The auto parts manufacturer is locating in the old Medline Distribution Center on D’Arcy Parkway right in the heart of Lathrop’s commercial and light industrial hub right behind the Tesla Facility. While details about the corporation – which only filed its paperwork with the California Secretary of State last year – are scare, speculation points to their operation potentially supplying Tesla with parts which would make it the first supporting business that has located to the...

Last week, I had an accident, and the EMT's (licensed and trained by NY State) told me they are now required to ask, "male or female?" They explained that a patient might self-identify as the opposite sex, regardless of their anatomy. I was in too much pain to question the stupidity of it. unbelievable.

The hate has boiled over. Politically-fueled rage has become the newest craze. We all need to chill out. Maybe smoke a ‘lil weed. Have a beer. Get a massage. Anything to reduce this obsession many Americans have over our current political arrangement. We have certainly been heading this way with the media spewing out its constant propaganda against the Trump administration, essentially accusing them of treason with zero evidence presented, signaling to all the crazy individuals out there that there is an illegitimate president in the White House. The shooting of Congressional Republicans this week at a morning baseball practice...

The Army has begun mandatory transgender sensitivity training for soldiers. The training covers everything from “transfemale” soldiers to transgender shower etiquette to dealing with a male soldier who becomes pregnant. Yes, good readers. Within the ranks of the greatest fighting force known to mankind – the baby’s daddy could also be the baby’s momma. “That pregnancy scenario is beyond words,” Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty executive director Ron Crews told me. “This is an example of how this social policy can be used simply to promote personal agendas at the expense of taxpayers with no regard for being what the...

The political #LGBT are an influential cadre within the Hard Left. As is the case with all Leftists, their subjective positions on various political, economic, social issues are to be taken as Gospel. They are True Believers. They are arrogant. They are bullies. Consider one of the Leftist Scarlet Letters [for which there is no forgiveness and the penalties are harsh]: #Homophobia. A phobia is an irrational fear; it is a mental illness that results in the afflicted person having a distorted view of reality. There is a clinical diagnosis of homophobia: the sufferer believes that exposure to homosexuals will...

Texas is a highway state. This reality stems from the need to meet the mobility demands of both sprawling metropolitan regions and vast rural areas.Paying for the state's massive system of highways has always been a challenge, however. Estimates from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) put the state's highway expansion and maintenance needs alone at nearly $383 billion by 2040. Existing public funding, projected to be $70 billion over the next decade, will not be able to cover that cost without unprecedented funding increases after 2026.While Texans are clearly amenable to paying for better roads — two recent state...

On the June 16th edition of WNYC's "On the Media", the New York City affiliate of National Public Radio, hosts Brooke Gladstone and Bob Garfield took the soft-spoken approach explaining that political assassination satire has been part of the arts culture going all the way back to William Shakespeare and even qualified the outrage over NYC's Public Theater's depiction of the Donald Trump-Julius Caesar onstage bloodletting with a 2012 Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis production where an Obamaesque Caesar was also killed onstage.

This week's rifle assault by former Sanders for President volunteer James Hodgkinson on Republican members of congress practicing for the annual charity baseball game with their Democratic colleagues severely wounded House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La) and injured several others. The assault had apparently been planned after the New York Times published the location of the GOP practice back in April. Law enforcement authorities profess themselves baffled and unable to conceive of a motive for the attack. Hodgkinson's Internet post asserting "Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy. It's Time To Destroy Trump & Co." and the fact...

Question: "What is a true Christian?" Answer: According to Acts 11:26, the followers of Jesus were first called Christians at Antioch. Why were they called Christians? Because they were “followers of Christ.” They had committed their lives to “walk as Jesus did” (1 John 2:6). Other Scriptures explain how a person comes to faith in Jesus Christ and begins this relationship. For example, Ephesians 2:8-9 reveals that a person becomes a Christian by faith, not by following a list of rules or good works: “For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing;...

We are watching, in real-time, a palace revolution, an overt effort to remove the president of the United States. Just as James Comey proudly admitted he leaked privileged communication to the press, so these insurgents brazenly brag that they want to harm the president, to impeach him, to overthrow our government. The American people seem shockingly oblivious to the looming danger. How did we get here? Well, let's give credit where credit's due: the left has its ducks in a row. Leftists are carrying out a carefully planned, well executed plot to take control of our government. Oh, it's not...
