HEPPNER, Ore. (AP) - The Morrow County sheriff's office arrested a female teacher accused of having sex with two boys, 15 and 17. The sheriff's office says 30-year-old Wendy Cannin was taken into custody Monday and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail on charges of sexual misconduct and rape.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will soon approve the construction of hundreds of new housing units in West Bank settlements before he declares a moratorium on building in those locales, according to a senior government source. Despite the global slowdown, two of the world's fastest growing economies -- India and China -- have witnessed growth.
