Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

I have a real problem with some other ideas in that LifeDebate. Right off the bat, I took issue with the title

I'm probably one of the last FReepers to figure this out, but the Fourteenth Amendment supposedly gave freedom to the slaves, and then turned right around and made the rest of us slaves to the Federal Debt owed to the international banksters/Federal Reserve/British Monarchy/and last but not least (I better not say right now - sigh). My google search function is not working at the moment, but it appears that if one has, among other things, a Social Security number and a zipcode, one is for all practical purposes, considered a resident of the District of Columbia, and liable for the debt, extorted by the IRS for the benefit of the Federal Reserve, which is not federal and not a reserve. (I can't link you, but this is all stated in the 'White Paper on State Citizenship'). So I suppose if they link our 'rights' and 'liberties' and our 'life' to the Fourteenth Amendment, I can see why they think its fine and dandy to snuff us. We aren't any good for paying on the debt; in fact we are an added burden to it. The only thing we are good for is providing merchandise for the death industry: Death 'R Us Hospices, transplant businesses, funeral parlors and the like.

I made a grievous error in one of my previous posts, that I would like to correct now. I said that contrary to Justice Stevens and others saying that what distinguished man from animals was consciousness, what really distinguished us was a SOUL. While this is very true, it is not the most important distinguishing factor. What is cleary the most important distinguishing characteristic of man IS THAT HE WAS MADE IN GOD'S IMAGE. THIS is the whole crux of the problem here. This is a battle for supremacy between God and Satan/man. This nation that was founded on Jesus Christ has allowed Darwinism, atheism, and Luciferianism TO define God's creation.
