Just in. I am looking at a picture of the WTC with smoke pouring out of the western tower. Looks like a huge amount of damage. Debris raining down on people in the street.

I just re-read the first 50 posts on this thread and I cried just like I did when I watched it happening on TV on 9/11. Dear God we have been thru hell, please stay with us and protect America! God Bless George Bush.

I will never forget nor will I ever get over my anger....I was sitting in a hotel in Brownsville TX when GMA switched to the towers and my first thought was terrorist attack....then to see the second plane hit....I spent 8 years prior to 9/11 working in NYC three weeks of every year during the trials of the l993 WTC terrorists....and there was no doubt in my mind what was happening....to this day, I still cry, I still get angry - and I will never get over it (as I've had people say to me)....just today, I took out my CD from the book "What We Saw" put out by CBS (don't puke!) and watched it....today I was glued to the TV just like 9/11....I can't believe there are still people who have the 9/10 mindset....I hope today's events woke them up to the fact that this IS a war on terror and will be for many years to come!

Wow. This is an oldie. I remember this thread. Post #6.
I was at work surfing this site when I came across this thread. I told my co-worker next to me about what happened, and another co-worker said not to listen to anything I say. A half hour later when it was reported on the news stations, he shut up.
Since then, I always come here for news, not what is reported on tv.

I'll never forget. Sad to see that many do, and go back to their old ways.
