A North Carolina elementary school teacher has resigned after his decision to read a gay-themed children’s book to his third-grade class led to controversy in the small town of Efland.
Omar Currie said he read his students the book “King and King,” a fairy tale about two princes having a “love” encounter, after he perceived negative gay stereotyping in his class.
Currie said that he was inspired to teach the little kids about two men “hooking up” because a boy in his class acted a little feminine.
“When I read the story, the reaction of parents didn’t come into my mind,”Currie, 25, said Tuesday.
“In that moment, it just seemed natural to me to read the book and have a conversation about treating people with respect. My focus then was on the child, and helping the child.”

How in the world can schools allow people with twisted minds and twisted morality to teach impressionable kids. Perhaps because the administrators are similarly twisted.
Homosexuals are in our public school system in droves. The reason for it is to reach the kids to indoctrinate. They may be 2% of the population overall, but they are certainly more concentrated in the public education system and there’s a reason for it.

There’s a sodomite group in my son’s state which was handing out bracelets of some kind at the Fourth of July parade in their town.
My two granddaughters received these trinkets and their parents didn’t discover them until later in the day.

They have sacrificed much to keep the girls out of the government propaganda centers known as the public schools, yet they still can’t completely avoid the recruitment efforts of these degenerates.

Any one of these rat holes that teaches sex to children should be charged with sexual molestation of a child and the entire faculty thrown in jail.
As more and more people home school, I think the Dept. of Ed will make exit tests mandatory for home schooled kids in order for them to get their diplomas. The tests, of course, will be on the common core curriculum and not on general knowledge. The government is only interested in whether the kids have been properly indoctrinated, not whether they have mastered the traditional subject material. These kids will fail and they won’t receive diplomas. This is one way to discourage home schooling. For this reason, I would fight any proposal the state has in making exit tests mandatory for a high school diploma.

Actually, I think Home Schooling is what will last. It is fairly obvious that we are headed for a great financial collapse (among other things)...not just here but as a worldwide phenomenon. When (not IF) this happens, we will all pretty much be on our own.
