Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

were both taken at the same time and in the same place. See Post #1099. She is not wearing a “wedding dress” and since it is Christmas —see post #1129—it is not a maternity dress either because Maya was born in either September 1971 or Aug. 1970.
And she signed up for college in WA for the Spring Semester in 1962. Why didn't she continue her education in HI? Especially, with BHO Sr finishing out his last semester.
Wonder if Stanley was sequestered at the Dunham home during her pregnancy, at a relatives in Seattle area, or a home for unwed pregnant teens. She definitely was in Seattle area just a few weeks post Oboma’s birth. She was there late Aug and she was enrolled in college in Seattle and living in an apartment in the Spring semester, 1962. When that didn't work out, she went back to HI. And moved to a Muslim country in 1967.
BHO Sr moved to Boston in the summer of 1962.

The Constitution uses the term "natural born", but does not define it (although the Fourteenth makes it clear it includes people born here unless their parents were here representing a foreign government). If the framers had meant the term to be restricted to those born on US territory, it would have been simple enough to have included language to that effect.
In 1790, Congress, which at the time included authors of the Constitution, made it clear "natural born" applies to children born to Americans abroad, writing in the Naturalization Act of 1790 that "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens". So, McCain is all set.
Obama, however, is on thinner ice, should it be shown he was born outside the country. The following is found on a State Department site:
Child born in wedlock to one U.S. citizen parent and one non-U.S. Citizen parent between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986: A child born outside of the United States to one U.S. Citizen parent and one non-U.S. Citizen parent, may be entitled to citizenship providing the U.S. Citizen parent had, prior to the birth of the child, been physically present in the United States for a period of ten years, at least five years of which were after s/he reached the age of fourteen.So, either Stanley Ann needed to be 19 when she had him, or he needs to be a bastard. We all knew the US government likes to reward illegitimacy, didn't we?Child born out of wedlock to a U.S. Citizen mother: A child born outside of the United States and out of wedlock to a U.S. Citizen mother is entitled to U.S. citizenship providing the U.S. Citizen mother had been physically present in the United States for a continuous period of at least one year at some time prior to the birth of her child. Actually, I've seen enough versions of that law quoted that I'm totally confused about what it really means.
What does seem clear, however, is that Congress gets to define "natural born", except for those included via the Fourteenth Amendment.
Obama is probably showing the original, off the record and in private, to the mainstream media to immunize himself for future issues. When the right tries to raise a real issue he will remind the media these were the same fools who thought he forged his own birth.That rascally Obama!
Obviously the grandparents would want to have themselves covered lest their unstable daughter showed up and wanted to take Barry back with her to whatever her next stop in the jungle was going to be.
Clearly an adoption for the purpose of protecting the grandparents and Barry would screw up the works regarding birth certificates and such.
And if the case is say — Stanley was flying while in labor and had her baby at some multi-leg turbo-prop waypoint between Kenya and Vancouver, and then days (or even years) later registering his birth as if in Hawaii? And she wasn’t married? What a case to be heard ...
I am addressing this to you David and to any others out therewho are very actively trying to figure this out. Last may when the issue of Obama”s “crazy uncle” who freed the Nazi death camp came up after much searching the uncle he was referring to was discovered. He is his grandmother’s brother, Charles Thomas Payne, who is 83 and described as “mentally vital” and living in Chicago. There is also another uncle, Jon Virgil, who I seem to remember was said to live in Arizona. This was revealed on Sweetness and Light by a person (Jstraight) who posted that they had found this information by calling the family by phone. Perhaps one of these two men could help answer some of the questions that keep plaguing this thread and others like it.

Other sources say she was using "Ann Sutoro", when she died. Strange, given her second husband's name was Soetoro.
OK. But if she was married, she was still her husband's "property", no longer under her parent's thumbs.
It would would be upheld in the courts.
Obama doesn't meet these requirements.

Most girls who got pregnant at 17 (she turned 18 before he was born) in 1961, would likely have been called that and worse. Add the fact that the puntative sperm donor is 7 years her Senior and a Muslim Neegro to boot, and you can bet that even in permissive/liberal Hawaii she got called a bunch of them. Maybe a Haole Whore? :) I have a first cousin who got pregnant by an Offut Airman not more than 4 years after that. (He ended up in some northern tier SAC base faster than you can say "you're transfered", the Air Force didn't care for that sort of thing either. She got called similar names. Fortunately she later met and married a great guy, who adopted her first girl and whom she had more girls, and one boy with. Their youngest two (the boy and the last girl) are the same ages as my two daughters. Something similar happened to the Airman who got the 16 y/o friend of my wife "with child" in about '68, who got sent somewhat farther north, Shemya (now Eareckson Air Station) maybe, or Eielson (Fairbanks) both in AK. (Her father was an active duty Lt. Col. :))
Neither of these randy airmen were Negro or Muslim.
As I have mentioned in postings before, my official BC that I sent for a few years ago from Idaho is on that identical green basket weave paper. There is no boarder of any kind. It appears that they took the ORIGINAL information my mother gave (in her own hand writing) and what the doctor provided. All the info appeared to be on some kind of ledger stock. So they evidently just copied it onto the green basket weave paper like Obama's, but with no boarders. This was then stamped with an embossed seal and signed stating that it was the original information. This info even had what kind of drops they put in my eyes. But NO birth weight though. :-)
That could very well be correct. But I want to argue you that both pictures were taken around Christmas time in 1960.
Obama tells us that is a "wedding picture". By Christmas, 1972 which is the alternative, she is thirty years old--She guaranteed is not 30 in that picture.
Further, in the family Christmas pictures of 72 (0r 71) in Time, she is sitting on the floor--she is 30 and looks it; heavier, bigger, fatter face. In the family Christmas picture, Obama is not the kid in the Departure Lounge picture taken at the same time as the "wedding dress" picture either--much thinner; very much thinner face; he is skinny. Kid in the second picture is chubby, with wider cheekbones. Obama Sr. is older than Obama Sr. in the airport picture.
The only hole in that analysis is that there is a kid in the airport picture that looks a lot like Obama looked at some point after he was born and before ten. I posit that it is his half brother although I can't come up with any analysis of how or why the half brother got to Hawaii.
SEMom is after me because she thinks I look silly making this argument and maybe I do--she is usually correct.
But the issue is important because the airport pictures may fix the timeline in a pattern which fits the offshore birth. If the pictures are taken in December 60 or January 61, what is she doing in the departure lounge of Honolulu International? Her family is in Honolulu. Obama says this is a "wedding picture". Fine. Where is the wedding?
In Honolulu? Fine. Where is the record of it. And by the way, his record has the marriage in February of 1961--the Christmas trees are down by then.
The logic of it is that she and Obama Sr. are going somewhere from the Departure lounge to get married. In Kenya, the marriage is legal and not a problem.
Obama's problem with finding out about his parent's marriage is that finding a record of it in Kenya puts them both out of the country with her pregnant prior to the birth and in the situation where she might have gotten stuck, unable to return until after the birth.
Yet the matador is all cape! Otherwise he is just a unknown paid-by-time-clocked-hour slaughterhouse worker.
