Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?
Let's make a difference! Thank you for your efforts.

Great find, Iowa! I know the freepers who contact newsmax staff have been working hard to get them to cover Terri's fight. Thanks for posting it here. See how their story has many of our thoughts, word for word. I think somebody must have sent them the monster thread. GREAT!!!

Let's say she did tell her husband this and did not want a feeding tube. Where does this judge come off though also saying she cannot have anything by mouth. Did she also say "don't feed me"? "Starve me to death". He has gone past living wills and has decided to have her euthanized.

pc93. are you there?

Thanks for the post re: David Limbaugh. Maybe he's the compassionate conservative and Rush is the fiscal conservative in the family. It appears David L.'s been studying what we just found out about a. with the Pledge and the ninth Circuit b. Ten Commandments in Alabama and c. Terri Schindler-Schiavo's inhumane treatment and all the injustice yet to be. I'm still praying.

I had to go to Walmart but I'm back. I've been in a news vacuum today except for hearing O' Reilly criticize Howard Dean for the company he keeps, which includes members of the group OHR. If you're interested in particulars about that lovely organization, freepmail me.

The thing that gets me is that when Terri made these "alleged" (said very dubiously) comments to her husband and inlaws about not wanting to "live like that," it was ILLEGAL to withhold food and water as they were not considered life saving measures but rather basic care. The law has since changed, but somehow, Greer sees no problem whatsoever with applying the new statute retroactively to Terri.

Guardian Richard Pearse felt that Terri could be rehabbed so they had to fire him. This has been going on a long time without the PUBLIC'S KNOWLEDGE. Everyone should be outraged whether they're at free republic or not. We must tell non-freepers through our regular email, when we socialize with them, or meet them at church.
There's a flyer on terrisfight.org.

Glenn Beck may be a drama queen sometimes but he's more manly than Wesley Clark.
Glenn can sing pretty good too. I listen to a little bit of everybody. I wouldn't get anything done if I listened to all every day. Glenn is coming back to Florida for a book signing at the North Carrollwood Barnes & Noble very soon.
MAYBE SOMEONE could meet with Glenn Beck when he's here for his book signing? Maybe Glenn would organize a Rally??????? Light bulb just went off.... FV

I called Glenn Beck today. I asked the call screener if Glenn is planning to have another rally for Terri. She (the call screener) advised me that Glenn Beck held the first rally for Terri a couple of years ago.
I then told her I thought another rally would be a good idea. She just said, "yeah, ok." And that was it.
It would make sense to me, if you held a rally a couple of years ago that helped put draw attention to this case and the outcome was a success (intial decision to remove her feeding tube was reversed) it would make sense to do another rally again, would it not?
God Bless Glenn Beck for what he has done for Terri, though. He is the only reason I even know about this case.
My sister contacted Dr. Laura today and the call screener was very helpful and advised my sister to fax information about Terri and Terri's case to Dr. Laura.
Man, if Dr. Laura joins this cause, THAT would be great! She would be relentless. She gets personal. Listen to her if you can and even call her again.

Bear with me pc93. I have an idea. Tell me what you think.
Look for next post. Don't go any where...

If Judge Lazzara decides that this isn't a federal matter, WE NEED TO START BOMBARDING GOV. BUSH, FLA AG CRIST and DEPUTY AG CARASSAS AGAIN. Carassas is Tampa's Deputy AG. He's also finishing up as District 54 State Legislator.
Please everyone note the number of this post on a SCRAP OF PAPER if J. Lazzara SAYS NO.

I'm hoping that Terri's Fight ends up in The Factor's "Unresolved Problems" segment. It certainly belongs there.

Well I would definitely force the issue about a rally. Why wouldn't he do it again when this is at such a critical juncture? So he did one 2 years ago, you would think it would be time for another one. I also like the idea of Dr. Laura as well.

I heard a song today that is perfect to stir up emotion for this cause. The name of the song is,
"Every Woman Has a Name" by Alice Cooper.
I realize AC is an unlikely person you would want to sing your theme song, BUT, this song is absolutely PERFECT for this cause. I am going to call radio stations to request this song and ask to dedicate this song to Terri. Let's do this in every major city in America. Tell everyone on your email list to call and request this song and dedicate it to Terri. I strongly advise EVERYONE to listen to this song. Call your radio station and request it.
"Every Woman Has a Name" (Terri's Song)--I added the Terri's song part.
This is a mellow rock ballad. And it had me literally crying tears of pain for Terri and her family. And I am a tough guy...not some liberal girlieman who cries all of the time.
Do this and tell me what you think, pc93. Ok?

Terri was commenting about an elderly relative, can't recall, maybe a grandparent. But, Terri is not elderly or terminally ill. If she were terminally ill, why is she still around 13 years later? Her body has adapted to the feeding tube. She's not PVS and Judge Greer has NEVER seen her in person. He's just taking hubby's team's word for it.

The only problem with Doc Laura is that her own mother passed away and wasn't found for 1 to 3 months. She might not want her history re: her mom to resurface.
Glenn Beck is going to be here anyway. He could have a rally at WFLA Clear Channel Communications in Tampa on Gandy Blvd. He isn't doing so, but he could.
Glenn used to have RECOUNT RALLYS that were well attended by folks who voted for President Bush. Those rallys were every Friday but then again, he lived here in 2000.
