Pinellas Pasco Judge Greer set October 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. for her feeding tube to be removed. There's something wrong with Florida's exit protocols and the way the courts handle new information re: criminality (misrepresentation, attempted murder, etc.) affecting a case. There was no living will, only the assertion of a very suspect, so-called husband, his brother, etc. that Terri would not want to live on life support. Terri is not on life support, she is not comatose or PVS and she is not living "artificially". She does get sustenance from a feeding tube but only because she has been denied rehabilitation by her so-called husband after he won a malpratice lawsuit three years after her collapse (cause unknown but probably due to strangulation or physical abuse, or both) which is why Terri needs an army of supporters to spread her story from coast to coast. Terri has retained rights that are being sidestepped because she is disabled and has been denied rehabilitation! The technologies of rehabilitation have greatly improved exponentially yet Judge Greer has not let Terri have a chance to learn to eat or to be able to learn to speak/communicate again. Also new information bearing on the case which shows criminality on husband's side has not been considered by the 2nd District Court of Appeals who handed down Mandate for termination of Terri's feeding based upon testimony of criminal husband and brother as above stated. Who is next?

Has this been passed on to the major media? There is so much damning evidence in here. Did I read this correctly - Greer wasn't even eligible to run for office in '98? So he's not really a judge? How could this be? I am really stunned.

ALSO FYI FOR TERRI'S LIST. CBS News is going to cover Terri's fight in some fashion. As strange as it sounds, I need to direct Terri's supporters to start checking CBS, possibly 48 hours or 60 minutes. I don't have details other than they are going to cover Terri's fight somehow.

The Federal Court hearing is today in Tampa, FL before Judge Lazzara. Bay News 9 mentioned that Jeb Bush filed his brief in favor of "therapy" for Terri.

They showed Felos standing next to hubby. Felos is about the size of Tom Daschle, imo.

Felos is a lightweight, in more ways than one.

FYI: Wesley Smith was on CBN News late last night with Pat Robertson specifically addressing Terri's fight. It seems I caught the end of a fairly long segment. They showed Smith's book cover for Forced Exit.

Wait a minute. Does this mean the fix is in? Has anyone heard CBS mention this before now? I told my kids the controlled media was keeping this as quiet as they can. Then when the bad news comes in, they will trumpet it to the world. Pray I'm WRONG!!!

Bay News 9 12:03 pm "Hearing is this afternoon. Bob and Mary say Terri needs proper care. The Schindlers have exhausted their appeals in State Crt. Now in Federal Court asking Judge to remove Michael Schiavo as guardian. Felos wants the lawsuit against his client Michael Schiavo to be thrown.

Now that the California recall is over, it's time to throw hubby, hubby's attorney and J. Greer out on their ear. I've emailed O' Reilly the cbs stuff in case he wants to scoop them. You know, they're all ego driven.
