I didnt give much credence to the issue of the Bamas place of birth, but the way hes handling it is convincing me theres more to it than meets the eye. If he can prove he was born in the USA, why doesnt he?
Precisely.

Thanks, Bushbacker1.
It won't hurt for us to drop a private email to Roaddog727 giving him our support.
Elsewhere, someone posted that a freeper is sending Major Cook a check for $1,000.00, perhaps to help defray attorney fees.

As long as he has the methodology in progress to suppress all dissent or opposition by fear and threat or physical assault. Chicago gangland politics style.

We can refuse to pay taxes that result from bills signed into law by an illegitimate President Refuse to pay? At the rate we are going, most will be UNABLE to pay these taxes - directly and indirectly!

Government contractor. Big dollar contracts. EEO and various other hiring / employment policy elements in each and every contract.
They couldn't afford NOT to provide severence etc. in a lay off...typically these guys wouldn't risk a law suit to save granny from alien abduction.

What can we do - start Major Cook Family Fund? Can FR accept donations on behalf of such - make it an option on the donation page?

Oh, self-respecting: sorry, for a second I forgot about liberal, political-hack judges.Don't cast aspersions about this judge, the crap started flying because he said he would let Orly present the case on its merits. and BTW, he is a Former Marine.

When he was fired, Simtech had no indication that his clearances had been revoked. Thats in Taitz newest filing as well. Its worth reading!

The porblem is, Barry can produce a forgery to answer Taitzs pleading and have his college records claiming foreign student status ignored! How is Obama going to find a second American Citizen parent on that forged birth certificate? Cause thats what he needs to be a Natural Born Citizen...oops.. sounds like it better say Marshall rather than Obama.

The CEO of Simtech, Inc., Larry Grice, explained to Plaintiff over a series of four conversations within the next two hours, that he had been terminated. Grice told the Plaintiff that he would no longer be welcome in his former position at SOCOM but that Grice wanted to see whether he could find something within the company (Simtech, Inc.) for Cook. The upshot was that at this time Grice did not have anything for Plaintiff to do. Grice told Plaintiff, in essence, that the situation had become nutty and crazy, and that Plaintiff would no longer be able to work at his old position.
Grice explained that he had been in touch with Defense Security Services (an agency of the Department of Defense[1], with regional offices located in SOCOM Headquarters at McDill Airforce Base in Tampa, Florida), and that DSS had not yet made a determination whether Plaintiff Major Cooks clearances would be pulled, but Grice made clear to Cook that it was DSS who had compelled Cooks termination. Essentially, because of the nutty and crazy situation and the communications received from DSS was no longer employable by him at all. So he was not optimistic about getting me another job at the company.

I imagine Obamas goons pulled his security clearance. Exactly. Pull his security clearance and no deployment and no job either.

I met a tugboat driver who was a civilian reservist and he said that to hold that job one needed to be a reservist and if your depoyable status was changed you could actually lose the job. Further info on this guy it appears he wasn't a DOD employee but a contractor so apparrently someone brought power to bear on his employer who then caved. Sux but there it is. We could "bring our power to bear" and boycott the employer but I doubt many freepers use their services and probably the DOD is their only customer. If the pubbies had any cajones thiswould be an issue but we all know the answer to that so this story is officially over.
