I don't recall a single time that President Bush has actually said 9/11 was caused by the former administration...others have...but Bush has never enunciated it directly. But the facts speak for themselves: 9/11 was not the result of a jiffy plan; it took years to plan, and those years were during the previous 8..

I sooo agree with your assessment of that. clinton is in no way bothered by the deaths of nearly 3,000 Americans, he is bothered that President Bush is a true leader who will always be the antithesis of what the clinton presidency represented.

That's nothing compared to the night he unexpectedly called into WBZ during the Monica fiasco. It was when he went to Martha's Vinyard. He yelled at the talk show host ( I think the man had since died of cancer - complications from AIDS ). He went up one side of him and down the other.

Sounds like you're talking about the late David Brudnoy. I think Brudnoy considered himself a libertarian, and he was pretty hard on Clinton. (Ooops, maybe not the best choice of words.)

But we had a weak signal for WBZ so didn't listen often, and I never heard about this call. What exactly did Clinton scream at Brudnoy?

Yes, I agree about THE PATH TO 9/11; there was so much more that they could have included, about that dismal failure, William Jefferson Blythe Clinton, and didn't. OTOH, that one very small inclusion, is what stuck in his craw; stuck there, like a bit of poisoned apple, because he knows that he can't EVER lie his way out of that.

The "Path to 9/11" has had a HUGE effect politically.

Slick was given a FREE PASS by the MSM for his 'dereliction of duty' when it came to military and national security matters. Thanks to "The Path", Slick's 'reckless disregard' for our national security--and his resulting responsibility for 9/11 is FINALLY getting some attention!!
