Assuming you are right that he is left handed, it remains a puzzle why he used his right index finger with Monica and his left index finger regarding Bin Laden comments.

He is left handed. I'm also left handed but use my right for things like the computer mouse and conversationally, particularly when involved in presentations when I'm trying to persuade my audience. The left hand, at least for me, is more a gut reaction, it's the power hand. Go back and look at the two links, Clinton's finger pointing with Wallace seems to start out in the same way but it ends up in a jabbing motion.

That's nothing compared to the night he unexpectedly called into WBZ during the Monica fiasco. It was when he went to Martha's Vinyard. He yelled at the talk show host ( I think the man had since died of cancer - complications from AIDS ). He went up one side of him and down the other. I thought he was drunk at the time but since then I've seen that tone of temper from him on clips such as this youtube.
