When it was revealed that members of VVAW had attempted to order slingshots, to use for defence during demonstrations they had planned, they were charged with being a subversive organization and a threat to the United States government.
The eight who had been arrested became known as 'The Gainesville [Florida] Eight'. Folk singers Pete Seeger and Phil Ochs came to the support of The Gainesville Eight, as did the paralyzed Vietnam veteran Ron Kovic, whose life story was later told in the Oliver Stone movie Born on the Fourth of July. All eight were acquitted, after the Republican National Convention had ended.

I don't think anybody thought of killing Nixon, because that would have been contrary to the law. Besides in 1972 Dick was doing a 'perfectly clear' job of tying the Milhouse millstone around his own neck. But was he a crook or not, dunno yet!

I have reviewed the photograph of the VVAW sound stage used at Dewey Canyon III, The alleged female you have labelled as Jane Fonda is not correct. Jane Fonda was not in Washington, D.C. during this encampment! FBI surveilance records will indicate this fact. I swear on L. Patrick's fireplace. Tell the truth, but do not lie!

What seems to be redacted from these FBI files are any mention of the Schaefers. 'Gi' and Jill Schaefer were FBI operatives in Miami as well as Tampa and Louisana. They had a 'deep cover' of being Marxist-Leninist-Maoist and Jill use to show off a photograph of her and Chou En Lai on the Great Wall. The FBI gave them money to start' The Red Star Collective' and infiltrate VVAW all over the South. The husband-wife informer team appeared very very straight looking (worker look) and even used their teenaged children as part of their cover.
There specialty was planting communistic propaganda in VVAW locations then arrange for clandestine FBI raids at night in both VVAW and other peace groups offices. The Schaefers disappeared and their are rumors that they were later...........

There is no indication that what you state has any foundation in the real world. You make assumptions about what appears to have been redacted, I could make the same type of assumptions but it would not be in the direction you have taken.
If you want to read the facts as presented in the files that is fine, if you want to make things up and have me argue the finer points of insanity, I am too busy.
I have read through 1 thousands of pages of the FBI files and the VVAW, What I have posted is what is in the FBI files.
Consider that the FBI files were redacted by Clinton's DOJ. And your claim to have been someone who knew a person that watched a TV show that had a man that dated a girl that met someone at a party that knows the FBI planted documents in the VVAW holds NO weight here with me.

1. “On September 30, 1971, Robert Malone, Chief of Police, University of Nevada, advised Kerry’s speech at the University was sponsored by the Associated Students of the University of Nevada, and that he was paid $1,200.00, including expenses for his appearance.” Kerry is paid for VVAW speeches, pg 25
2. VVAW pickets restaurant because owner refuses to serve long haired, barefoot and dirty veterans in his place of business. It is also noted that the organization encourages the use of narcotics. VVAW pickets restaurant, pg 28-29
3. VVAW distributes literature at an event that is used to collect intelligence on military tactics and methods in Vietnam. Considering the fact that the VVAW has meetings with the North Vietnam Communists and VVAW members travel to Moscow and Hanoi, this is a very serious matter. VVAW collects military intelligence concerning US tactics and methods in Vietnam War. Pg. 51-57

So, John Kerry worked for Communist Organizations attempting to overthrow the Government of the United States of America.

FBI Documents indicate that while John Kerry was with the VVAW, VVAW leaders met with KGB agents in the US. “VVAW collusion with foreign spies? “The Diplomatic List published by U.S. Department of State, in 1971 listed Grigoriy Sergeyvich Milhaylovskiy as an assistant Military Attache, Embassy of the U.S.S.R., Washington, D.C.”

41. Read in the FBI files where John Kerry states, “Ho Chi Minh is the George Washington of Vietnam. Ho studied the United States Constitution and wants to install the same provisions into the Government of Vietnam,” Kerry speaks, pg 248
The left had a grudge against Nixon from way back to the Alger Hiss case. Dean Acheson hated him, and was still alive in the early years of the Nixon administration when the campaign against Nixon began. Acheson's chief assistant Paul Nitze survived him and managed to get into the Nixon administration, then created a scene when he resigned a few years later. John Ehrlichman told Nixon he was "quite sure" Nitze was one of the co-conspirators in the Pentagon Papers leak. IMO there are indicators like this that the antiwar campaign against Nixon had some very high-level help from people in the Democratic Party trying to undermine Nixon using the Vietnam controversy as a weapon. Ted Kennedy played a big role in the Watergate prosecution. Kerry's associate Robert Drinan also played a pivotal role, introducing the impeachment proceedings. I hope to do a more thorough investigation of this angle later.
