Great C-SPAN is replaying this again. Hopefully they'll replay the other debate they played earlier this year as well as the 1986 Senate contra speech including his reminition of "Christmas in Cambodia"

Thanks for the transcipt link. I've bookmarked it and I'll be watching Sunday.
To: Andy from Beaverton
I'll be taping this one!
I'm hoping we get a new debate between these two!

Thanks for the link to the transcript.
Two things I noticed while reading it: 1-O'Neill suggests Kerry's attitude is part of his plan to fulfill his political ambition, and Kerry says that remark is beneath comment, and he did not comment, suggesting that he had no political ambitions. 2-Kerry confessed to war crimes as defined by the Geneva and Hague conventions including burning down villages, but had not yet made up the sexy story of going covertly into Cambodia, which he would not have been silent about if it were true

Kerry and Steve Gardner need to do the same thing.
The 'Rats are saying none of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth served with Kerry, but Steve Gardner was Kerry's machine gunner for two months and two weeks of Kerry's four months in Vietnam.
When the 'Rats say the SBVT didn't serve with Kerry, tell them Steve Gardner did.

I saw it in May, and it's a must-see.
People should TAPE the thing. Seriously.

Please don't abbreviate sources.
I was scanning through all the threads on FR, and I didn't understand what this thread was and where it was from. The abbreviation of "National Review" was completely unhelpful.

I guess you clicked on the link. If this is some kind of rule, almost everyone violates it...JWR, TAS, OJ, etc.Thank you for posting. Sorry to be a pain. I often ask those others not to abbreviate, too. I do it to try to improve the quality of Free Republic as a news concentrator, not just for myself, but others.

Can you record this for me?? PLEASE??? I'll do my best. The way our cable company connected our VCR to their cable box does not allow me to set the VCR to record programs ahead of time, so I hope we'll be home Sunday at 6pm when this show airs.
