When I saw replays and still photos of moi Kerri's Girlie toss of the ball, I wondered if he ever actually threw a handgrenade. If so, I wouldn't want to be closer than a couple of hundred yards of him. He could grenaded his own boat set all of the ammo blazing.

There seems to be this emerging consensus in the elite conservative media (i.e. on FNC (cept Hannity(, not talk radio) that the Swift ad and any mention of Nam (even pointing out what a lying traitor Kerry is) helps Kerry because he went.

I totally think this hurts Kerry, what are these people thinking? Is it just another example of hopelessly detached from the people Beltway media groupthink? Or are they trying to get us to drop it because it is killing Kerry?

This photo is truly devastating to Kerry. I really, really wish there was some way to get it out into the broad public consciousness. It would kill his campaign as sure as the tank photo killed the Dukakis campaign.
If I have some time later this week, I'm going to do a "John Kerry's greatest hits" thread and post all the dorky photos of him. I have no doubt whatsoever that we'll have some more to post by then.
Would you like to be on a boat or close to Le Jacquestrap Kerri if he tried to throw a grenade?

Maybe it's partly the other way around, as well. Rassmann seems to have been in with Kerry on some of this. He wasn't the only one in the water, that day. Others on the scene said there was no enemy fire. And it wasn't Kerry's boat that got hit. In fact, Kerry bugged out, perhaps to avoid injury to himself as is Gardner's general complaint about Kerry. Then Kerry came back and fished Rassmann out of the water as others were pulled out by the boat that hadn't been hit, as I understand it.

My 16 year old son keeps saying somethinjg similar. If Kerry was in Nam for less than 4 months, got 3 PH and didn't spend anytime in the hospital, he must have been very incompetent and very opportunistic.
