What are the target markets for this ad?

What outlets will be used?

How much does it cost to run one ad? (It would be particularly motivating if this could be reduced to a typical eyeballs-per-dollar figure, not forgetting to divide that by two.)

This is a potentially important ad. To be important, it needs to reach the swing voters in the swing states, during primetime. If it only airs on Fox News in Bush country at 3:00 AM, it won't do any good.
