America should not run on fast food.
A recent ranking from Eat This, Not That shared the least healthy menu items — ranked from bad to worst — from some of your favorite fast food chains that you should steer clear of.
Some honorable mentions include the fried rice side from Panda Express and the bacon, sausage egg wrap from Starbucks. KFC’s Nashville hot loaded fries bowl, the cobb salad from Chick-fil-A, and the beast sub from Subway also made an appearance on this unhealthy list.
The sausage patty breakfast crunchwrap from Taco Bell is another bad option. Avoid the crispy chicken club wrap from Arby’s, and the double sausage breakfast sandwich from Dunkin’ Donuts. The mac and cheese bread bowl from Panera Bread is also a no-go.
It doesn’t stop there. Here are the top five worst fast food meals — with No. 1 being the most trash option.
5. Burger King: bacon king
4. Wendy’s: big bacon classic triple
3. Popeyes: signature hot bone-in wings or Louisiana garlic bone-in wings
2. McDonald’s: big breakfast with hotcakes
1. Dairy Queen: honey BBQ chicken strip basket

I am too old to eat crappy TASTING food so I’ll eat what I want to eat, thank you very much.
Eating a lot of candy is bad too. It’s a treat, just don’t abuse it.
Nothing about pancakes at midnight...good.
...make that waffles.
This is a silly list. Most of these items are the same as other items on the menu, just more of it. So yes, the Wendy’s Triple is going to have more fat and sodium than the Wendy’s Single.
The Wendy’s Triple is my “go-to” if I am out and about on a low carb dirt, as each added 1/4 pattie only adds $1.20 to the cost of the burger. Wendy’s Triple, hold ketchup, mustard, mayo, bun, add lettuce wrap. 3/4s of a pound of prepared hamburger with cheese for under $8.
If I’m really hungry, have the time and the money to buy what I really want, I don’t want to hear a discouraging word about it. Know, too that I don’t eat such things day in or day out. Know also, that one can enjoy these foods, but in small quantities. You don’t need to OINK like a greedy pig to enjoy your food.
As my philosophical “Pal” Socrates said: All things are good in moderation.”
Try a ‘Dutch Baby’ sometime. You may never go back.
Burger King’s bacon king is awesome.
I make the same thing at home straight off the grill...
Sometimes, it can be more about where you eat than what you eat like Waffle House after midnight after the bars let out.
I don’t eat much meat - don’t like steak or roasts much at all.
But nothing will make me give up bacon, beef hot dogs and hamburgers.
Wow, dodged a bullet. My 1000 calorie Del Taco Macho Burrito isn’t on the list.
for those in Rio Linda /s
Whatever you eat, just make sure you first cast out the Jezebel spirit....

Seems we’ve got some muzzies making articles.
If you separate all those meals out on a plate then it becomes a gourmet dinner; meat, lettuce, tomato, etc becomes a salad.
I know what I am getting tomorrow.
Mmmm...Snackin’ Bacon isn’t on the list.(Dunkin’)
It’s the bread that’s killing people! Jesus said so!!!!......
..
At Waffle House of course!
