Biden's hand allegedly passes over a microphone in Post #26 that doesn't even appear in front of his body in Post #187.

But there is no legitimate reason to screw with the video of a news conference, but (given his likely dementia and the stolen election), there are plenty of illegitimate reasons. You have to peel back the lies starting somewhere, if people don't want to accept election theft, or arent' allowed to talk about it.

Actually, the signs of a fake are pixel wide borders around the sharpened edges. A true Green Screen would show a slight tint change around those edges. Often times you would try to “blur” those edges and kind of “smudge” the colors so you would not see a difference.

Lots of things screw up perspective: Angles, distance, the front of the lens, etc.

But the overruling question is: Why? What is to be gained by this?

You are talking about a lot of effort across multiple feeds for a two second, throw away episode?

There are a lot armchair photo analysts out there. I caution people to not listen to a lot of them. Their experience is cutting out dog pictures on microsoft paint.

I know your first impulse is to insult...but this is an area where I actually know what I am talking about. And I had my eyes examined in December. No change.

Look at the two images in Post #209 and then watch the full video clip at the original Twitter post at the top of the thread.

If that seemingly giant gray microphone was close enough for Biden's hand to obscure it in the top photo in #209, then his hand/arm would have bumped into it when he stepped back and walked away. It didn't.

If you're asking me what this is all about, I'd say the most likely scenario is this: With all the growing coverage of how Biden's handlers have gone out of his way to avoid having him deal with the media in unscripted scenarios, they simply wanted to make an innocuous event like a helicopter departure seem like "live" media coverage..

It's probably this simple.

I would turn this around and ask YOU a similar question:

Leave aside the "green screen" issue and other questions that have surfaced here, I would ask: What was to be gained by having the White House issue a video to the Associated Press of an event that was clearly edited and was not presented using camera footage or audio from the individual media outlets that were allegedly covering the event?

I can’t explain why the media pulls any of the stunts they do. Certainly you’ve seen the footage of two network news casters on a satellite hook up standing right next to each other pretending they are not right next to each other.
