DC Knows that Obama is Ineligible for Office

Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.

What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.

The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.

Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.

Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.

The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.

Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

And don’t forget members of the previous administration. They did not try to stop this national conspiracy, either.

"I believe Hawaii provides native born status...and that is good enough for me."

Firstly, there is no substansive proof that Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii. Ask yourself: Why is it that no hospital in Hawaii claims the "honor" of being the birthplace of the 44th president, or did you not know that? Secondly, the United States Constitution requires NATURAL BORN status of the president, not native born. Read it.

I’m proud to be called a birther, just as I’m proud to be called a “vexatious requestor”.

As more and more of the facts come out, people are not going to accept the premise that they must be some kind of crazy person if they say what we all know - that the emperor is naked.

And very soon now a lot of people are going to realize that when we poo-pooh the very rule of law we get what we deserve - the lawless, emboldened criminality of government, media, and law enforcement that is becoming increasingly obvious.

“Oh, he can’t be removed, the blacks would riot” doesn’t cut it.

The threat of riot by certain elements has been used to shakedown the tax payer and erode the rule of law (and the equal protection thereof) since the 70's. I'm tired of it. Follow the law, and if some folks are froggy enough to jump, so be it.

I have heard that 400 cases have been filed. I don't care who is paying for his defense. Millions have been spent to keep his records hidden. That in itself is ridiculous in an open and free society like ours.

Instead all we get is: ...he's a Canadian, ..or he's a Brit, ...or he's a Kenyan, ...or he's an Indonesian, ...or he renounced the citizenship he did not have, ..or he was never a citizen at all, ...or he's a naturalized citizen who was not naturalized......, and on and on it goes. Pick a story and stick with it, thank you.

The same should be directed at Pres'ent Obama. His story has changed several times of the years. He's been reported as being born in three different countries (and three different continents). He's been reported as being born in two different hospitals in Honolulu. It's been reported that his mother remarried and moved him to Indonesia in three different years: 1965, 1966 and 1967. Obama claimed his father came to America as part of the Kennedy Airlift. This was a lie. Obama claimed his folks got together because of the civil rights march in Selma in 1965 (his folks were divorced before that). This guy has some stories, but few of them stick.

Re: This situation is so bizarre - even those who believe BO is the worst, most socialist, Marxist POTUS in our history - must believe that confirming his ineligibility will cause more Constitutional harm than we can survive.

It would be more catastrophic than JFK’s assassination or Nixon’s resignation - because it would be seen as some sort of coup by BO’s political detractors. The public has no Constitutional reference point - only politics....i.e. left vs. right.

What do you suggest? We ignore it? That would be cowardly and wrong.

My daughter is an American citizen at birth, but not a Natural-Born-Citizen. Her Mother is a citizen of an asian country.

Ditto. And I'm not saying Obama was/wasn't born in Hawaii, or if he's a "natural born citizen." I just think asking to see the B/C is a legitimate request and his response with obfuscation and ridicule is completely un-Presidential and juvenile.

Living a lie 24/7 must get awfully tiring and taxing. Could Zero one day just say - “I’m done”? Of course it would be in the context of some medical or family condition or emergency. Has anyone seen the actual hard copy of the newspapers? Would it be so hard to “Photoshop” a birth announcement to look like microfilm and slip it to friendly websites? If I’m off base here, I apologize!

Keep your mind open about those announcements, OK? Hopefully it won’t be long before that whole story pops wide open, and then you will be very angry at what was done to this country, by whom, and how. Hold tight; it’s just a matter of time.

In the meantime, think about the fact that the DOH indirectly confirmed, in 2 different ways through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery.
