Members from all three branches of the Federal government already know that Barack Hussein Obama is ineligible for the office of President. National leaders, to include members of the US Supreme Court, already know that Barack Hussein Obama is not a “natural born citizen” of the United States of America, and therefore, is ineligible for the office he currently holds.
What they don’t know is how long it will take for most Americans to figure it out, or what to do about it.
The diversionary search for an authentic birth certificate is ongoing and Obama has now spent in excess of $2 million in legal fees to keep that search alive.
Eric Holder’s Department of Justice continues to deploy taxpayer funded attorneys around the country to file dismissals on behalf of Obama, denying all American citizens access to the courts as a peaceful remedy, which only fuels the fire of discontent and the questions about Obama persist.
Michelle Obama states that Kenya is Barack’s “home country.” She knows, after twenty years with Barack. The Ambassador or Kenya has confirmed the same His family friends all know it, and are in fact quite proud of the fact that Americans had no hesitation in electing a “black man from Kenya” as President of the United States.
The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.
Democrat Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi knows that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible for the office of president, which is why she refused to certify the following language when certifying Obama as the DNC candidate for president in 2008.(continued)

Probably not. The only place it appears is in defining the requirements for President, and certifying the election of a President is specifically Congress’s job. Since the phrase has no need to exist outside something that is purely the job of Congress, a court may well conclude that Congress needs to define it.
And you should note, Congress has done so several times...

The purpose of the term NBC is to separate out those that may have conflicting foreign loyalities from those whose loyalities flowed naturally from the citizenship of his 2 citizen parents.....loyal US citizens.....

With all due respect, you really need to do some homework on this issue.
What he may be saying (and I’m chiming in, he can correct what he means if need be) that 0bama has, by presenting the COLB plus his two “autobiographies”, committed himself legally and otherwise to having 0bama Sr as his father. He’s boxed himself in, so to speak. So if 0bama Sr is not his father, he’d have to admit that the COLB is a total forgery and lie plus his books are lies.
And now, since all of 0bama’s relatives except putative Kenyan ones and a great uncle or so are all dead and gone, no one is around to say “yea” or “nay”. His mother could say who his father is without doubt (unless she had a bunch of men around), and 0bama Sr could at least say whether he had relations with Stanley Ann or not. But, they could both lie. So, how to tell for sure?
0bama Sr’s other son Mark with the African last name could give a DNA sample and 0bama could give one and they could be matched to see if they are actually related by blood.
But I don’t see that happening in the near future!
Also, even if 0bama Sr is the actually sperm donor, that doesn’t mean anything or everything else on the COLB is factual, since it’s pretty well determined that the thing is forged.

You couldn’t get a U.S. passport without a legitimate, embossed copy of your birth certificate. You couldn’t get a Social Security number without it. Not sure about the Army but I would strongly imagine that you need your legitimate embossed birth certificate in order to enroll in the Army. I think you must have had it for these occasions at least.
OK, since you don't have the nuts nor verbal encouragement to answer my posts I'll give you a clue. I'm both a Naturalized citizen and a Natural Born Citizen. Both my parents were American citizens, working overseas at the convenience of the government of the US at a US installation. That makes me Natural Born. If you have the nuts to respond, which I doubt, I'll also explain why I am also Naturalized.....
