At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

If there isn’t prof, I would say yes. Here is what concerns me. Putting false info out that has not been confirmed, and I do mean CONFIRMED does nothing but hurt our case to find the truth. Think of the 9/11 truthers. He will eventually be caught in many lies, we all know they exist. They have done a good job of trying to get rid of all evidence of his past but eventually he will piss off the wrong people, maybe some in his administration and it will begin to flow out. Plains Radio, and sites like that have zero credibility in my book. Ever since they did the POE thing, I don’t trust them. That was a sure thing, Pidgeon had the goods in his hand, done deal, it was posted on here which raised red flags all over the place. If anyone had that why would they let that info out to anyone if they planned to use it in a lawsuit.
I’m not sure what that docucment is but there is no verification that it is valid. Can we get verification? You know I am on your side on this but honestly, these next 2 weeks we need to stop this healthcare NOW. Unless there is something new, and valid, I think for the next 2 weeks I am going to try to spend most of my time on that because it will basically destroy our health care system as we have know it. If you don’t have your health, nothing else matters in life.

I still cannot find anything that corroborates the earlier post and I have been looking for two hours.
Snopes came up in the search and it was posted by others my myself and others as a source that determined this was not a valid article.
There other methods I suppose we could use but, like I said, I am unable to find anything that proves the earlier post.
I think I am pretty good at verifying and having been on the Internet for 13-14 years have come to a realization
“That one shouldn't believe everything they see”.
So I ask again “Where is the beef?”.

This is the best ping I ever had! I always thought that impeachment won’t happen; however, arrest can be made in a NY minute. If that happens, as it should, two certain outcomes will result:
1- All his orders, signed bills, treaties, apologies will be null and void. The destruction of the US will stop dead until Biden TRIES to start all over again with great opposition. The majority of the American people saw and felt what happened when Marxists take over and the tyranny spends us into oblivion and saddle future generations with debt. Hindsight is great, and that will result in no do over or trial and error.
2- Riots will break out and will be defeated by the majority of Americans who do not want to be enslaved by communism.

If John McCain had a set - he can probably demand that Obama have to face the same test that he did, which Obama would fail.
