Mark Finchem and Kari Lake are taking this to the federal Supreme Court. This is how Basement Joe got 81M votes that never happened. This is how they cheated America. I'm not sure there's ever been a more clear case of treason than this.

Good effort but unfortunately it will fail in SCOTUS. SCOTUS will uphold state’s rights to hold elections as they wish even as flawed as they are. And the Constitution would actually support this ruling.
That’s only one aspect. The primary is corrupt and dishonest individuals whom we’ve entrusted to oversee one of our most sacred institutions.
Not necessarily. I point to their interjection into the Bush V Gore election in 2000.
Hmm... a major crime has been committed. I would think that warrants SCOTUS intervention. If this doesn't then nothing does.
I agree. Not everywhere but in a lot of places and of course the two party's control who gets on the ballot, not just the people by their votes. To me, that's a broken system. Our entire election system has been compromised to the point of being untrustworthy.
We have to find a way, through legislated code, to strictly prohibit those who advocate against the principles expressed in our founding documents from ever appearing on a ballot.
They cannot honestly take the oath of office, so why even allow them to run?
In theory I agree but as a practical matter I see that as a slippery slope of no return. Who are the arbiters of who can run for office? That puts too much power in too few hands.
My parents, schools and society taught me that I could have a say in how my government is run by voting.
If my vote is meaningless, the government is not determined by voting, then why should I pay taxes or obey the laws?
“Hmm... a major crime has been committed. I would think that warrants SCOTUS intervention. If this doesn’t then nothing does.”
Unfortunately the SC is not a prosecutory authority, or they would charge intities for not adhering to their own rulings.
The Bush v. Gore case arose as an appeal from a decision of the Florida Supreme Court. The key to the Court’s ruling in favor of Bush was that the Florida Supreme Court had endorsed a count of votes in Palm Beach County alone, which violated the equal protection clause of the 14th Amendment. In contrast, a uniform statewide count would have passed constitutional muster.
That is still getting involved in the state’s handling of the election.
They spent millions on the clown Arizona “audit” and (1) didn’t check signatures, and (2) didn’t do a canvas.
When the 14th Amendment is implicated, the state’s authority over and conduct of an election is subject to federal court scrutiny.
“Good effort but unfortunately it will fail in SCOTUS.”
Not convinced you are correct. While the states to get a broad autonmy when it comes to how the manner in which elections are held, in this case it appears that AZ state officials have perjured themselves in testimony before a federal court.
While states can invoke Article I Section 4 of the Constitution on state privileges for the election process, the process itself cannot allow for a fraudulent outcome that would result in harm to the state’s citizens or other states.
I don’t think SCOTUS will entertain fraud, or the potential for fraud, as a legitimate state claim. That is, if in fact fraud can be demonstrated.
SCOTUS can absolutely require that any state election process be auditable for accuracy and legitimate election outcomes.
My point was I don’t think they will entertain the regulation of what form of balloting they want electronic or otherwise. They will most likely rule that it is up to the people of that state and that states legislators. Which is what the Constitution protects. Now if a majority of people and their legislators want to change it they most likely will rule for their right to do so.
That equates to mob rule. If the mob wants to continue to let the corrupt system stay in place then the victims of that system have no redress. I see that as a huge problem. Game over for the republic.

Of course it is. But on a local state, county, and city level this is how it has always been right? The mob vote count is what determines everything. The population of one city or county can dictate everything in the whole state because of their population numbers. I personally think rural counties should have delegates to give their vote more teeth against the one or two populated cities especially in an election for federal representatives and president.
On that we agree. I also believe all state level elections should use an electoral college so the smaller counties have just as much say as the high population counties.
I imagine that will happen when pigs learn to fly.
