The United States Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a lawsuit by former Arizona Gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake and former Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem to ban the use of hackable electronic voting machines. Kari Lake is the Trump-Endorsed US Senate Candidate in Arizona and is on course to face Democrat Ruben Gallego in November. The appeal by Lake and Finchem comes after the stolen 2022 election, where 60% of the voting machines were reportedly programmed to fail on election day, causing mass voter disenfranchisement and up to four-hour-long lines for Republican in-person voters. Kari Lake ran for governor and...

Mark Finchem and Kari Lake are taking this to the federal Supreme Court. This is how Basement Joe got 81M votes that never happened. This is how they cheated America. I'm not sure there's ever been a more clear case of treason than this.

Attorney John Thaler joined Brannon Howse with former Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem Friday night on Lindell TV to explain the alleged phony mortgage and real estate transaction scam used by the Sinaloa Cartel to bribe elected officials and control the state of Arizona. The Sinaloa Cartels and the treasonous Americans who work with them are destroying our country by flooding Arizona with dangerous drugs and crime. The Gateway Pundit reported that Tempe Police seized over 30 million lethal doses of fentanyl. In 2022, the DEA nationwide seized over 50.6 million deadly fentanyl-laced fake prescription pills and over 10,000 pounds...

A judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Mark Finchem with prejudice and confirmed the election of Adrian Fontes as Arizona Secretary of State-Elect. The lawsuit focused on issues in the 2022 election, as well as the fact that Secretary of State Katie Hobbs did not recuse herself despite the fact she was running for governor. Finchem's lawsuit called to take back the certification of Adrian Fontes and Ruben Gallego and reconduct a state-wide election. The election would be conducted without the use of electronic tabulation machines and no mail-in ballots. Each ballot would be counted by hand. The judge also...

A Maricopa County Superior Court judge tossed a lawsuit on Friday filed by former GOP candidates Mark Finchem and Jeff Zink that challenges the results of November’s general election. Judge Melissa Iyer Julian dismissed the lawsuit with prejudice, which means it cannot be filed again. The judge also confirmed Adrian Fontes won the election and is the secretary of state-elect for Arizona. Finchem, who ran for secretary of state, and Zink, a former candidate in Congressional District 3, filed a lawsuit on Dec. 9 to overturn the results of the election. The lawsuit claimed that current Secretary of State Katie...

It’s the interview Democrats are talking about. Mark Finchem, who’s running for Secretary of State in Arizona, has committed to securing the state’s elections. How? He’s committed to election transparency, integrity, and ensuring that the rule of law is followed. During a 1 hour interview with CBS, Finchem announced that a Democrat whistleblower came forward about “35,000 manufactured votes.” To be clear, Biden allegedly won Arizona by a mere 10,000 votes. If 35,000 votes were truly manufactured for Democrats, then President Trump would have won the state. Here’s the clip that has Democrats shaking in their boots:

VIDEOA debate between two major party candidates is supposed to be one on one. However, during the September 22 debate between the candidates for Arizona Secretary of State, it quickly devolved into a three against one situation when the two debate moderators joined the Democrat candidate in attacking Mark Finchem as you can see. Their antipathy towards Finchem is more than obvious especially in contrast to their utter lack of any challenges to the Democrat candidate.

"On March 11th, he said that 37,000 queries or logins happened in one day. That is off the charts as far as internet traffic into that system. Well why were they doing that? Because the system was set at 5mb and basically it means that every time a query that comes in new the oldest query drops off. That's evidence of a nefarious actor trying to eliminate evidence that goes all the way back to election day. Because now as far as they can go back is March 11th. So they have essentially just cleaned that part of the election...

Republican Mark Finchem and Democrat Tom O’Halleran agree on at least one thing regarding Interstate 11. Both expect to be deceased before the proposed roadway becomes a reality. Finchem, a District 11 state representative spoke to Hidden Valley residents last week in a gathering attended by Blanca Varela, a representative from Congressman O’Halleran’s office, at Mountain View Community Church. The proposed interstate is a long-range goal of Arizona Department of Transportation and is expected to pass through Hidden Valley south of Maricopa. While Finchem has been outspoken against I-11, O’Halleran has remained neutral. Varela said the congressman had expressed to...
