Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) on Monday issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”
..... Snip.....
In the middle of the hearing on Monday, Arizona’s crooked Secretary of State certified the false election results.
However, Rep. Finchem said not so fast.
Finchem called on his colleagues to withhold Arizona’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden due to significant evidence of voter fraud presented at Monday’s hearing.
Via The National File:
“We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them. That’s what I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to do,” added Finchem. “Exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”
He added, “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statue. When it comes to this one question, a simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court".

Please let it be so....Pray
Been praying steadily since election day.
One state rep has virtually no power by himself.
It has to start somewhere. Someone brave has to publicly say we need to hold the presidential electors.
The legislature is bound by its OWN LAW to submit the electors of the person who “won” the popular vote in AZ. If they do not do so, the law calls for the electors to be removed and replaced by those who do represent the winner of the popular vote.
The legislatures in AZ voluntarily gave up its constitutional authority in this case.
Many have.
The ends justify the means
the state legislature cannot assign its constitutional role contrary to the US constitution... to other parts of state government.
And federal elections MUST FIRST follow the US Constitution... and fulfil their role.
They cannot legislate away, their role and responsibility as assigned by the us constitution, especially in the face of election fraud and corruption.
So why doesn’t Finchem know this, LS? You think he would but yet, he plans going to court.
Jenna Ellis has been stating the opposite. The legislature's authority is plenary, and cannot by definition be "given up". Whatever delegation they may have made or statute passed before, can be rescinded by returning to plenary power.
the Constitution supercedes any legislature or state bodies in the usa... when in conflict with state laws or courts, the constitutional rulings of the Supreme Court, will always prevail.
it is supreme. the state is NOT
Good! A Repub w/b@lls, finally.
I hope corrupt Kemp gets taken down and thrown in prison.
PATRIOTS, TAKE ACTION NOW FOR ARIZONA!!
Email the Arizona legislature NOW. You don't need to live in Arizona to email them...What they do affects every citizen in America.
The reason Pennsylvania legislature held the hearing was due to thousands of phone calls received asking them to take action.
On Monday, Arizona is going to decide whether the legislature should have hearings to choose the slate of electors. Constitutionally they can do this when there is a failed election based on fraud and interference.

Dear Legislator,
We the people have the right to a fair and true election. Due to evidence of fraud, this election has failed. When this occurs, the legislature has the authority and responsibility to choose the slate of electors. As a voter and as an American citizen, I am asking you to do your duty for those that you represent. Please consider approving hearings to remedy the election and allow the legislatures to pick the state's electors.
Thank you,

If President Trump were to return to the white house, I would suspect that those who purposely ignored all of the warnings could be prosecuted criminally for maleficence in office or failure to perform duties.
I suspect it is a real risk even if President Trump does not stay in the white house.
Can anyone tell me where Joe Biden was today...I guess down in the basement cave hiding. He now is the limping POTUS with a broken ankle. If you all thought he was a man of low energy...;you ain’t seen nothing yet!!!
If you are 22 years old and break an ankle, that is not so bad..it will heal in a few weeks or few months. But...if you an over-the-hill deadbeat to begin with and you are 78 years old, that broken ankle will never heal properly!!! Goodbye Joe Biden...not sorry to see you go.
The entire world is having a non-stop laughing fit at this moron who could be POTUS!!! Go figure...I’ll bet Kamala Harris is out there cheering, dancing & jumping for joy!!! Shucks...not a single word from Biden today!!! Go figure!!!
