Good effort but unfortunately it will fail in SCOTUS. SCOTUS will uphold state’s rights to hold elections as they wish even as flawed as they are. And the Constitution would actually support this ruling. Hmm... a major crime has been committed. I would think that warrants SCOTUS intervention. If this doesn't then nothing does.

Unfortunately the SC is not a prosecutory authority, or they would charge intities for not adhering to their own rulings.

A major crime has been committed. I would think that warrants SCOTUS intervention. If this doesn't then nothing does. That's what I thought in 2021 until the Supreme Court said a U.S. state had "no standing".
They are bought off, intimidated or part of the problem.
