To battle a spate of unsubstantiated rumors, including one that Obama is not a natural-born U.S. citizen, the Obama campaign launched a Web site called "Fight the Smears." It shows a copy of his Hawaii birth certificate.
Onaka said he has had many calls asking him to confirm Obama's birth certificate, but he cannot disclose such information: "Only Obama can consent to that."

A higher resolution version is here It's not a copy of an original document at all. Just like an "abstract birth certificate, known in Hawaii as a "Certification of Live Birth".
Holder is not in yet although it's slim to none that he will be turned away by the Senate vote.
I would also suggest that such consideration trumps any interpretation you may wish to give the Hawaii statute, since the US Constitution supercedes state law when there is a conflict.
Obama possesses very little patriotism and his lack of natural born citizenship shows.

No secret is safe and that vault in some way or some how can be breached. Just a matter of how & what kind of cooperation can be bought. The problem is covering the tracks. Then widespread distribution. It’ll take obozo & his RATS a long time to find out but the damage will be done. And SCOTUS can’t ignore public opinion.
As far as I can tell, and I check pretty much daily, no similar bill has yet been filed in the new, 111th, Congress.
There is a bill that would require registration of all handguns and all semiautomatics with removable magazines. It would also require a license to posses them, and would require you to provide a thumbprint in order to obtain that license, You would also have to take a test, one which Eric Holder would be allowed to make as difficult as he wished. It would make it a crime to not report the loss or theft of any firearm within 72 hours, or to not report a change of address of someone with a such a license within 60 days. In both cases the report would be to the Attorney General. It's HR 45, and the sponsor is former Illinois Black Panther leader, Bobby Rush. Obama's Congressman, also Bill Ayer's Congressman.
The purpose of this article is to make Onaka the good guy by extolling the fact that he got an award for his job.
Leftists conferring awards on their fellow leftists for service done for their cause is nothing new. It goes back at least to the 1930s when a NY Slimes reporter got a Pulitzer for lionizing Josef Stalin and his economic policies.
I wouldn't be shocked if this statist Onaka got his award for keeping quiet on Obama's BC. Plus, this puff piece in the local newspaper could be part of the "thank you."

They really got that one backward. The unsubstantiated rumor is that Obama is a natural-born U. S. citizen.
Just my opinion, but you almost have to have someone past retirement to refuse a direct order from Obama directly in order to make this work.
Don’t read me wrong, I want Obama declared an illegitimate and ineligible as president by a court of law just as much as anyone here but an inactive reservist Colonel or not is not going to be enough.
Not necessarily true. There have been many instances in American history where SCOTUS decisions did not necessary follow public opinion. And that, in and of itself, is not a bad thing. The alternative would be for SCOTUS to do polling on every case that came before it in order to make its ruling, which would be totally absurd.
What the SCOTUS needs here is guts to enforce the Constitution, not a public opinion poll!
An active duty member would be a better choice but it’s worth a try.

Do you know the difference between a ‘certifcation of live birth, CoLB (what Obama claimed was posted at fightthesmears and Kos and factcheck-all the same forgery, apparently), and an actual birth certificate? Conflating the two very different documents seems to be aiding the obama deceit campaign since the actual birth certificate has not been shown, no one claims to have read it and Hawaiian officials have avoided commenting directly on contents of such that they calim is in their vault. Of course, what is in their cvault may be the Indonesian document which had to be submitted to HI when Stanley Ann brought Obummer back to Hawaii from Indonesia where he had been adopted by Lolo. The Indonesian documents may not even show he was born in Hawaii yet his mother could have applied foran HI birth certificate and gotten it for him.
without documentation, you go with witness statements.
of course, there is also that kenyan birth certificate that popped up for an barak hussien 0bama jr...
at that point, you have hard evidence for foreign birth. you have witness testimony and governmental documentation.
the only way to refute would be to open the vault and locate said certificate in hawai’i. (and no... no one, including 0bama, should not be allowed to be alone with the document)
