Just my opinion, but you almost have to have someone past retirement to refuse a direct order from Obama directly in order to make this work.
Don’t read me wrong, I want Obama declared an illegitimate and ineligible as president by a court of law just as much as anyone here but an inactive reservist Colonel or not is not going to be enough.
An active duty member would be a better choice but it’s worth a try.
It wouldn’t surprise me one bit at this point if the courts say it isn’t enough, or find some other excuse.
