Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Madelyn, Ann, Jr and Maya visited Chicago the year Jr was 12. There is a picture on this thread of that visit and it shows Ann, Jr, and her Uncle Jon(the youngest Payne). From your earlier post Uncle Charlie retired from U of C in 1995, five years approximately, after Jr was offered his position there. In 1995 Jr and the Jackie wannabe went to Bali so he could “finish his book” but Jr never mentioned that he had an Uncle Charlie at the University.
There is no way of knowing if that information is true, since we know that much of the information in Jr’s book is not true. Examples of lies are his great grandmother comitting suicide, his grandfather being kicked out of school for punching the principal in the nose, his father was a king, his father left when he was two, his grandmother went to work in Hawaii to support the arrival of an unexpected baby, he had his own office and secretary while working at BIC, he was instrumental in having asbestos removed from the building in Chicago etc. etc. etc. If his “fairytale” were presented to a publisher today it would have to be labeled as fiction.
I did know about Castro being at the U.N. in 1960 and that Malcolm X met him while Castro was there.
If Castro was at the U.N. Sept 30, 1960 classes had already started at UH at Manoa as stated in the email from Stuart Lau, Ann attended the first semester when classes began Sept.26,1960.
I can think of quite a few more, but these are among my favorite "Dream-whoppers": the '60's Life magazine article about the black man bleaching his skin -- that was never written; listening to the Watergate hearings during their mainland vacation in the summer of '72 (the hearings were held in the summer of '73); one of his "earliest memories" of sitting on his GF's shoulders as the astronauts from one of the Apollo missions arrived at Hickam AFB after a successful splashdown (the manned Apollo missions didn't begin until '68, and the earliest ones involving fanfare at Hickham would be in the '70-72 time frame.) Then there's my all-time favorite as a native NY'r: sleeping in an alley, with his luggage, in Spanish Harlem on his first night in NYC, and waking up with a live chicken for company -- simply awesome!
Unfortunately, the book would still be accepted on an "as-is" basis today. Fact-checking is as non-existent in publishing nowadays as it is in other print media -- it's "what's hot" that counts. "Dreams" was stone cold when it was first released in '95, selling less than 10M copies (most of them probably to Barry's family), then rocketing off the charts upon the unveiling of the Obamessiah at the 2004 convention.
Robeson was under investigation for commie ties too. Had his passport pulled for a time period for travel to places like Cuba, Moscow and others. He was also friends with Kenyatta, namesake of Kenya.
Paul Robeson became known as a citizen of the world, as comfortable with the people of Moscow and Nairobi as with the people of Harlem. Wherever he traveled, Robeson championed the cause of the common person. Among his friends, he counted future African Leader Jomo Kenyatta, India's Nehru, anarchist Emma Goldman and writers James Joyce and Ernest Hemingway.

We don’t have absolute proof that she was actually there on the first day of classes. She could have been traveling with parents and started later.
Just because the CLASSES started on Sept. 26, 1960 she might have physically started later. It happens all the time.

Former Chicago schoolteacher Christine Johnson won’t go see the new Malcolm X movie premiering this month.
She doesn’t need to, she says: She was a friend of Malcolm X and had a front row seat to the last five years of his life.
“Yes, I knew him,” said Johnson, 83, a South Side resident. “Whenever Malcolm came to town, he would call me. I don’t know what Spike Lee has in his (movie) but everybody these days are saying `I knew Malcolm ,’ but they didn’t.”
Johnson, who changed her name to Catherine X during her stint with the Nation of Islam, met Malcolm X in New York in 1960 . He let Johnson set up black history exhibits at Nation of Islam events.
And when the organization needed a principal for its University of Islam, then located at 54th and Greenwood, Malcolm X selected Johnson.
They talked often by telephone between 1960 and Malcolm ‘s death in February, 1965, she said.

Alice Windom, coordinator for the Bush Center for Law, Policy and Social Change at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, was among the activists who endorsed the letter of concern sent to Lee. She first met Malcolm X when she heard him speak at a Muslim mosque in Chicago in 1960 .
The way he spoke forced her to think about the reality of her life at age 24 - about how white landlords slammed doors in her face when she went apartment hunting because they ‘’didn’t rent to coloreds,’’ and about how she couldn’t try on hats in certain department stores because that was a privilege for whites alone.
‘’I just sat there and thought how proud I was that Malcolm was standing there and telling the truth, not sucking up to white people at all,’’ Windom said.
Two years later, Windom was so weary of life in America that she said she was ‘’just waiting for some white person to step on my foot so I could knock their head off.’’ She moved to Africa.
She crossed paths with Malcolm X again when he traveled to Ghana, in western Africa, to garner support in his effort to charge America with ‘’violating the human rights’’ of blacks.
Windom was working for the United Nations and helped him establish ties with officials in Ghana. The two became close friends.
‘’He was easy to talk to because he didn’t put on airs at all,’’ said Windom, now 56. ‘’It showed in the way he carried himself - not at all majestically - but rather in a lanky, imperfect way. He was 6 feet 4 inches, you know, but he wasn’t intimidating. He looked you in the eye and listened to what you said.’’
At night, Malcolm X often would gather Windom and other U.N. employees to talk about the condition of blacks in the United States. The civil rights leader had been separated from the Nation of Islam and was working to establish his own activist organizations, the Muslim Mosques Inc. and the Organization of Afro-American Unity.

1929: The Little home is burned down, apparently by racists. The family moves to East Lansing, Mich.
1931: Earl Little is murdered, presumably by a gang of whites.
1936: Louise Little is committed to a mental institution.
1940: Malcolm moves to Boston to live with an older half-sister.
1941: He moves to New York and works at Small’s Paradise Bar, where he meets a young Redd Foxx and becomes known as “Detroit Red.”
1943: Malcolm , immersed in the Harlem street scene, gets addicted to drugs and gambling and becomes a gun-toting hustler.
1946: He is sentenced to 10 years in prison for burglary.

1963: President John F. Kennedy is assassinated. Malcolm X tells reporters the killing was a case of the “chickens coming home to roost” and is silenced by Muhammad. Malcolm later explained he meant that the country’s hate had killed the president. After Malcolm X is isolated, he begins his own mosque in New York.
1964: Daughter Amilah is born. Malcolm makes a pilgrimage to Mecca, the Middle East and Africa, and learns that Africans and Muslims overseas are concerned about the civil rights quest in America. He changes his name to El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz and modifies his views of white America.

Orly fell in to a trap set by BO’s lawyer’s in her military case. Essentially Orly’s military case has been shut down by bo’s lawyers.
I was working very closely with Orly on her military case before she made the mistake with Lt. Easterling. Other than her plan to publicize Lt. Easterling’s involvement in the case I know all about her military case. I wrote part of the Brief and reviewed the entire Brief.
I advised Orly to list all Active Military as John Does in the Complaint and to not reveal the names of any Active Military. Obviously, Orly did not follow my advice.
I agree with you about Phil Berg. He has handled his cases in a very professional manner, only revealing what he is ethically allowed to reveal and only when such revelations are productive.
I have spoken with Gary Kreep and he strikes me as a lawyer who knows what he is doing too.
I don’t know the other lawyers involved in these cases, but I trust that all are doing the best job that they know how to do. This is an extremely difficult litigation without a lot of precedent.

In 1983, at the urging of Ali’s business manager, Jabir Herbert Muhammad, Rezko held a fundraiser for mayoral candidate Harold Washington, who would become Chicago’s first black mayor. After that, he was invited to join Ali’s entourage as a business consultant. Rezko put together endorsement deals for the Greatest, and was executive director of the Muhammad Ali Foundation, a group devoted to spreading Islam.

Jabir’s funeral was quite a success. Both current Nation of Islam boss Louis Farrakhan and The Champ, Muhammad Ali, were in attendance.
Malcolm had converted the young Cassius Clay to Elijah’s race-baiting Islamic heresy in the early 1960s. In 1964, however, Elijah excommunicated the dangerously charismatic Malcolm and installed his own son, Jabir, as Ali’s business manager. The energetic Rezko, who had arrived in Chicago from Syria in 1974, went to work for Jabir in the 1983 and was soon managing the ex-champ’s business affairs.

And this is what Orly allegedly said to Military.com about her knowledge of said Law:
California dentist turned attorney Orly Taitz, who has brought the lawsuit, told Military.com Tuesday that it is her “understanding that there will not be a serious consequence to his career [for his statements], but I don’t know for sure.”
At the very least Orly owes a duty to her clients to posts said Laws on her Blog and state her understanding of said Laws.
I’m beginning to wondr about the veracity of Sr and Ann meeting in the infamous Russian language class. TO date I have not found a single former student saying they were in that 1960 class and I have been looking! According to a student from a class a few years later the teacher would have been one of two women, either Ella Lury Embree Wiswell or Isabella Tripianky. The class would have had 24 students in it, meaning that if the 1960 class had 24 students in it with two of those students now dead, where are the other 22? Students from the supposed 1960 class would have had 4 1/2 years to come forward and yet not one has which begs the question of why? The only mention of the second teacher named, Isabella Tripianky, are on mcauley’s blog and the excerpt of the book written by Michael Patrick Leahy. Essentially she is a proverbial ghost. Ella Lury Embree Wiswell is a little easier to find some information about but she died in 2005 and had retired from UH at Manoa in 1968 to write books and organize the Russian collection at UH. So again, it begs the question of why Isabella Tripianky is a ghost not mentioned except in the two spots I mentioned and where are all the other students from that class? In a class of 24 with 2 known to be dead that leaves 22 remaining students, and surely one of them would have come forward by now, unless the story of the meeting in the Russian language class is yet another lie! Students of say the age of 18 would now be 67 and they all couldn’t be suffering from dementia or not want to lay their claim to fame about students from a long ago class! Even going to the website dedicated to the deceased instructors there is no mention of Ella Lury Embree Wiswell teaching Russian, she is labeled as a French teacher. The odds are simply astronomical that not one student has come forward so many years later especially considering Sr was such a high profile student! Some have used the reasoning that perhaps students from the class don’t want it advertised that they took Russian but that can be invalidated as a reason since UH at Manoa requires students to have a number of semesters completed in a foreign language before they can graduate. I will include here the link to the memorial page of UH at Manoa and you can read for yourself the memorial for Ella Lury Embree Wiswell while you ponder the points I have raised after searching for the better part of a week trying to find the name of even one other student from that class!

To your knowledge, has anyone, other than Obama in “Dreams,” (or the Abercrombie droid), ever stated that the couple in question attended that Russian language class together?
Only Jr himself has said the two met in a Russian language class, Abercrombie has not mentioned the class! I have spent the better part of a week seaching for a single classmate from that 1960 class and haven’t found a single name or quote from anyone! Someone mentioned to me that perhaps students in a Russian language class became involved in clandestine operations and wouldn’t want to admit they had taken Russian during the height of the Cold War, but that excuse doesn’t wash considering UH had a foreign language requirement in order to graduate. Jr entered the media spotlight in 2004 when he spoke at the Dem Convention and yet not a single person has come forward to say they were in the same Russian language class that Ann and Sr took.
