Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

I assume I was pinged to this thread for the question of how to get a court to rule on this issue. I’ve written about that before until I’m blue in the face, so I’ll be very brief, this time.
The real presidential election hasn’t taken place yet. The Electors don’t meet in the state capitals until 5 December. Courts are scared witless over this case, which is why every one to date has found some basis for dismissing the cases filed (usually standing). It doesn’t help that the lawyers bringing these cases have a bone-rattling lack of knowledge about bringing election law cases.
The one plaintiff who could force a court to decide this issue, rather than running screaming into the night to avoid the issue, would be a Presidential Elector pledged to support Obama. State laws require that Electors vote as pledged. However, state courts are required to obey and enforce the US Constitution.
Therefore, if an Obama Elector (probably one with prior ties to the Clintons) brought a declaratory judgment action in STATE court, to resolve the conflict between a law that says vote for Obama, and the Constitution which says Obama is not eligible. The court, even the Supreme Court eventually, would HAVE to decide that case.
There are other reasons, including precedents in state courts, which I have skipped here. Suffice to say, I have tried more cases concerning the right of presidential candidates to appear on the ballot, than all the attorneys who have messed around with these birth certificate cases put together. That includes two wins in the US Supreme Court (for Gene McCarty in 1976, and for John Anderson in 1983).
This can be done, if it is done right. But time is running out for a competent case that the courts would HAVE to decide.

I just got back from choir practice (we’re getting ready for Christmas Eve at the Old West Church).
Just wanted to say that I have now read almost all of your piece, and it’s really remarkable. You prove your case many, many times, from different angles and different directions. You demonstrate that all those webs sites and groups are clearly complicit in this fraud. And the more they fiddle and “improve” their forgery, the clearer it gets that it IS a forgery.
That business about the paper folds and the seal was entirely new to me, and wouldn’t have been evident if those liars at “FactCheck” hadn’t posted the extra photos. Also the changes from one file format to another.
It’s amazing that they would trust whole teams of people with the secret of this forgery. Amazing that they would venture to do it in the first place. They must be very confident that they can crush anyone who rats, the way clinton crushed Vince Foster.
Well, it’s out there now, so I hope and pray that you will be safe. Too late to keep it out of circulation now.

It just occurred to me that one thing Polarik deomonstrates in this update of his work is that numerous people are now complicit in this fraud. I’m curious what the legal implications are.
Evidently Obama is not just guilty of running for POTUS when he is not qualified, but is also guilty of complicity in a serious case of forgery.
The same can be said of FactCheck and whoever was involved with posting the COLB pictures on their website. They didn’t just take pictures of a certified document that was given to them. They evidently printed out hard copies of the original forgery, folded it, and then took photos of it from various angles. And lied about the dates while they were at it. Isn’t this complicity in a felony? Or at least, won’t it rise to that if Obama takes his OATH of office?

I’ve heard that after using several aliases, Obama then indicated he’s never used aliases on an application. Character? A possible forged birth certificate? A possible forged selective service form? ...... I hope that the Electoral College and Supreme Court disqualify Obama.

Another legal effort to force state officials to produce a copy of President-elect Barack Obama’s birth certificate has been filed, this time in federal court.
Similar legal actions have been filed here and in several other states, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, California, Georgia and Mississippi.
Circuit Judge Bert Ayabe last month dismissed the suit filed in state court here, upholding arguments from Gov. Linda Lingle’s administration that birth records are confidential under state law.
The new challenge is an outgrowth of a legal suit filed in Mississippi, which questioned whether Obama is a “natural born citizen” of the U.S.
Plaintiffs in that suit subpoenaed a copy of the birth certificate Nov. 26 from the Hawai’i Health Department. The plaintiffs include conservative political activist and failed presidential candidate Alan Keyes, who lost to Obama in the 2004 U.S. Senate race in Illinois.
Deputy Attorney General Jill Nagamine wrote Dec. 1 to the local attorney handling the case, James Hochberg, stating that Hawai’i law prohibits disclosure of the record.
“Vital statistics records, such as birth certificates, are protected by strict confidentiality requirements under Hawai’i state law,” Nagamine wrote.
“The record could be disclosed to a person whose right to inspect or obtain a copy of the record is established by an order of a court of competent jurisdiction,” the letter continued.
“This requires more than a subpoena prepared and issued by counsel of record,” Nagamine wrote.
The state’s health director, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, issued a statement in late October saying that she and the registrar of vital statistics had inspected Obama’s Hawai’i birth certificate and found it to be valid.
During the presidential campaign, the Obama camp posted a copy of his Honolulu birth certificate on its Web site. That copy indicates he was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961.
Suddenly the wording of Dr. Fukino has changed or the reporters changed it.
It turns out Martha Joyner is no longer president of the Martin Luther King Coalition in Hawaii. Apparently she lost that position after she was caught stealing thousands of dollars from her condominium association.
It’s good to know that people like Martha are members of the Electoral College.

Interesting. And yet, it was a LAWYER, who took it upon himself to take this information from a team working the BC case and send it to Lamberts blog. Snakes everywhere.
I’ve not seen any of the reports from the military, but isn’t Allegra involved in something called “mining” that helps determine terrorist and their location. Maybe she could give us some insight on the post.
The post was what I imagined mining to look like....A lot of dots (information) that might be connected to produce better information when connected.
