Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

Why would they go to Kenya in/around Feb. of 1961?
First would be the whole murky wedding deal.
Second the embarrassment of her family caused her to leave the US with her fiance/husband.
Third, and what hasn't or doesn't seem to be discussed is what is going on in Kenya in 1961.
General elections were held for the first time in February 1961. Would/could Obama Sr. have seen this moment in Kenyan history important enough to go home to vote? Would Ann have been compelled to experience the history, the birth of a nation and a son born to a new country? Would Obama Sr. have desired his new son be born a New Kenyan?
That is a powerful motivation if you ask me.

First off, I note that he wasn't born during the school year.
It seems likely that his parents went to visit his dad's parents for the summer, much cheaper to spend a summer in Kenya than the US even then, and unless college students were richer then than I was, that would be an important consideration.
No problem, they planned to fly back a week or so before the due date, so he wouldn't have to be born in a dangerous 3rd world country.
As noted earlier in the thread, at that time airline were reluctant to risk emergency childbirth at 20,000 feet over mid ocean. That means it is entirely possible that a slightly too pregnant Stanley Ann discovered too late that she had to wait until after childbirth to return to Hawai'i, even if she originally had intended to drop the kid on US soil...

The standards for a US Passport are lower than the requirements for holding the office of President.
Our beloved Governor has a US Passport, but Constitutionally, he can never be President.
No one is arguing that Barrak is not a US citizen (well, OK, I raised the possibility as a side issue). The question is simply does he meet the Constitutional requirements for the office.
The only document that says he does appears to be a fake.

The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.
Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in those gaps. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are “citizens of the United States at birth:”
* Anyone born inside the United States
* Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person’s status as a citizen of the tribe
* Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
* Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
* Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
* Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
* A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.

I wouldn't be so terribly sure about that. Might not make big changes quickly, but overall policy likely will change, no matter which major party candidate is elected.
The only two reasons I would briefly hesitate in making the above choice are (1) Obama's wife. She is a deranged, vindictive, cold psycho b****. There is much more to her than meets the eye. (2) The fallout of the neo-Messiah being dethroned would cause a MASSIVE democrat rift felt for decades. Possible popcorn overdose.
It's not B. Hussein himself, or not just him anyway, that we need to worry about. A nobody first term Senator doesn't get to be a major party's nominee for President without some POWERFUL, and competent, backers. Just exactly who they are is not entirely clear, but of course Soros is likely one of them. They will see to it that competent leftists/Marxists, even though that is something of an oxymoron, are put in positions of power in an Obama administration.

Born on August 4, 1961, Obama would have been 7 years and 5 months old. That’s late to start school.

This is simply not true. I was born in Hawaii have a Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" right before my very eyes and my copy says clear as day "DATE FILED BY REGISTRAR".
In fact, the BC put up by Dolores or Doris whoever that people are gobbling up looks funny to me, not Obama's. That's not to say Dolores (who is this person anyway, and why is she deemed credible?) has offered up a fake, but rather a version that looks significantly different than mine--and Obama's.
I am watching this whole thing unravel like a train wreck in slow motion. And I pray to God I am wrong, but from the beginning, this has felt like the Obama camp taking a page out of the Rovian rope-a-dope playbook.
While I'm at it, I'm pinging a couple of FReepers (the minority on this thread) who seem to share the same concern.
